Claims (6)
- ⅰ) 유기성 오염물질의 여과를 위한 여과막을 포함하는 막 여과장치부 및 ⅱ) 상기 막 여과장치부의 전방에 설치된 광촉매 산화장치부를 포함하는 고도 정수처리장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 추가로 ⅲ) 소독처리 장치부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 막 여과장치부의 여과막은 UF 또는 NF로서, 80,000 달톤 이상의 분획 분자량 조건 및 처리수의 탁도 0.1NTU이하, 입자수에 대하여는 2㎛이상 20개/㎖이하가 보증되는 여과막인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 광촉매 산화장치부는 a) 광촉매가 코팅된 복수개의 유리봉 또는 판이 서로 일정 간격을 두고 적층되어 이루어진 광촉매 모듈 및 b) 자외선 램프로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- ⅰ) 처리원수를 광촉매 산화장치부로 도입하여 유기성 오염물질을 분해하고 균 및/또는 박테리아를 사멸시키는 단계; 및 ⅱ) 상기 유기성 오염물이 제거된 처리원수를, 여과막을 포함한 막여과장치부로 도입하여 분획분자량 이상의 물질을 여과제거하는 단계를 포함하는 고도처리방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, ⅲ) 상기 ⅱ) 단계를 거친 여과 처리수를 소독처리하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
