Description
Claims (8)
- 내측에 고압실이 형성된 전방 하우징;고압실 및 저압실을 구비하며 일측에 냉매토출구가 형성된 후방 하우징;상기 전방 하우징과 후방 하우징의 사이에 결합되며, 일측에 냉매흡입구가 형성되고 다수의 실린더 보어를 구비한 실린더 블록;상기 실린더 블록 내에 설치되며, 구동축과 일체로 회전하는 사판;상기 사판의 경사에 의해 상기 실린더 보어 내를 왕복운동하는 복수의 양두피스톤;상기 사판과 상기 양두피스톤의 사이에 게재되며, 상기 사판의 회전력을 상기 양두피스톤에 전달하는 슈로 이루어진 압축기 본체부;와상기 압축기 본체부의 일측에 설치되며, 상기 구동축을 회전시키기 위한 모터를 내부에 수용하는 모터실을 구비한 모터부;를 구비하는 전동 사판식 압축기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,외부로부터 흡입되어 상기 사판실에 유입된 냉매를 상기 모터실로 송출하는 송출수단과, 상기 모터실의 냉매를 상기 실린더 보어 내로 회수하는 회수수단을 더구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 사판식 압축기.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 송출수단은 상기 하우징 수단을 관통하여 상기 사판실과 상기 모터실을 연통하는 별도로 형성된 관로인 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 사판식 압축기.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 회수 수단은 상기 모터실과 상기 실린더 보어를 연통하기 위해 상기 전방 하우징에 형성된 흡입 유로인 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 사판식 압축기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전방 하우징의 저압실 및 상기 사판실에 유입된 냉매를 상기 저압실로 이송하는 연통로를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 사판식 압축기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 사판실과 상기 후방 하우징의 저압실은 별도의 저압측 연통로에 의해 연통되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 사판식 압축기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전방 하우징의 고압실과 상기 후방 하우징의 고압실은 상기 전후방 하우징의 고압실을 연통하는 고압측 연통로에 의해 연통되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 사판식 압축기.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 후방 하우징의 고압실은 상기 토출실과 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 사판식 압축기.
