Abstract

PURPOSE: An improved tubeless tire is provided to improve buffering efficiency, to support heavy load, and to reduce manufacturing hours and expenses by injection-molding elastic synthetic resin and by bonding inner and outer skin sticking projections completely. CONSTITUTION: Outer skin sticking projections(3) are formed at both ends of an outer skin(1) of a tubeless tire by injection-molding to form the C-shaped section, and inner skin sticking projections(4) are formed at both ends of an inner skin(2) of the tubeless tire. An intermediate baffle(5) is formed in the internal center of the outer skin of the tubeless tire by injection-molding the inner skin of the tubeless tire to bear heavy load. The tubeless tire is manufactured by bonding the outer skin sticking projections protruded at both circumferences of the outer skin to the inner skin sticking projections protruded at both edges of the inner skin.
