USP 5824,291에서는 껌베이스에 치아미백제를 함유하고 씹는 동안에 치아미백성분이 방출되어 치아의 오염물질과 반응하여 치아미백작용이 일어 나도록 하였으나 방출되는 미백성분이 침에 의해 계속 희석 되기 때문에 실제 효과는 미미하다. USP5891453에서는 치아미백성분이 함유된 젤을 얇은 필름(poly ethylene)에 도포후 이 자체를 치아에 부착한다. 이런 방식으로 제조된 P&G사의 Crest Whitestrips 제품은 구강내의 이물감 및 사용시 젤에의한 손과 옷의 오염 등 불편함이 있어 사용성에 개선점이 많다.In the traditional method using toothpaste and toothbrush, the actual use time is short and it is difficult for consumers to feel the effect. 실시예가 비교예1,2 대비 치아미백효과가 우수한 것은 첫째, 치아미백성분이 치아에 도포 시 흘러 내리지 않고 계속 치아와 장시간 유지 가능하여 지속적으로 전달 될 수 있기 때문이다. 마찬가지로 비교예3(치아부착형 미백제)도 치아와 지속적으로 부착되어 미백성분을 전달 할 수 있어서 효과가 나타났다. 반면 치약 및 치아미백용 코팅제형(simply white 타입)의 미백성분은 치아 도포 후 계속적으로 구강 내 침 등에 의해 희석 되어 실제 효과가 미미했다. 둘째, 오일 성분이 치아에 잔류하여 침에 의한 희석을 방지 하였다. 셋째, 유화시스템을 이용하여 제제를 만들었다는 것이다. 치아미백성분과 기타성분과의 상용성을 고려하여 서로 상용성이 우수치 못한 원료들은 수상과 유상에 분리하여 투입 하였기에 제품중의 보관안정성(stability)는 우수 하였고 도포 시에는 불안정한 원료가 서로 만나 반응 하였기에 빠른 효과를 낼 수 있었다.Example is superior to the tooth whitening effect compared to Comparative Examples 1 and 2, first, because the tooth whitening component can be continuously delivered to the tooth can be maintained for a long time without flowing down when applied to the tooth. 사용감 평가 결과 실시예2의 제품이 가장 결과가 우수 하였으며 이는 운모티탄을 사용하여 치아를 예쁘게 화장 하였기에 실시예 중에서도 만족도가 더 높았던것으로 생각된다. 반면 비교예1의 치약제는 사용성이 편리하여 점수가 높았다. 비교예2의 치아미백 코팅액은 치아 도포 후 건조 과정이 필요하여 불편 하였다. 비교예3은 임상평가에서 치아미백효과는 양호 하였으나 사용감을 만족 시켜 주지 못했다. 이는 젤이 코팅 된 필름을 치아에 부착하는 것이므로 이물감이 크고 대화 등에 지장을 주었기 때문이다.As a result of the evaluation of the feeling of use, the product of Example 2 had the best result, and it was thought that the satisfaction was higher among the examples because the teeth were beautifully made up using mica titanium. 이상에서 설명한 바와 같이 치아에 도포하기 쉬운 stick 제형을 발명하였다. 본 발명으로 인해서 치아에 치아미백성분의 흘러내림, 건조과정이 없고, 도포 막이 얇아 이물감 없이 미백효과를 원하는 치아에만 선택적으로 작용 가능하다. 제형적으로는 유화시스템을 이용하여 상용성이 좋지 않은 원료들도 경시 안정성 저해없이 사용 가능 할 수 있게 되었다.As described above, the stick formulation is easy to apply to the tooth.
