That is, one end of the dust collecting member 90 is fixed to one end of the pipe member 71, the other end is located outside the filter net (83). Then, at the other end of the dust removing member 90, that is, at the lower end, the brush for dust hair 91 is installed to contact the filter net 83.
In addition, as the turbine 81 is rotated in the clockwise direction A, the dust collecting member 90 is inclined downward in the rotational direction of the turbine 81, that is, installed in an oblique direction. Therefore, dust and foreign substances shaken by the filter net 83 during the rotation of the rotary filter 77 do not accumulate on the upper part of the dust hair member 90 and fall downward. This dust hair member 90 may be fixed to the pipe member 71 by a screw, it may be coupled through a known coupling means.
Referring to the operation of the cyclone dust collector according to an embodiment of the present invention having the above configuration is as follows.
As shown in Fig. 5, the cyclone dust collector according to the embodiment of the present invention is used to be mounted on the extension tubes 1a and 1b of the cleaner as is conventional. When the cleaner starts, dust and dirt are introduced in an oblique direction to the cyclone body 5 through the first connecting pipe 54 and the air inlet 55 together with the suction air by the suction force generated at the suction port of the cleaner. As a result, the air is lowered to the bottom of the waste container 60 while forming a swirling air stream. In this process, the dust and dirt contained in the air by centrifugal force are separated from the air and collected in the waste container 60.
Subsequently, air is introduced into the pipe member 71 by passing through the filter net 83 and the turbine 81 of the filter assembly 70 by the airflow reversely moving upward at the bottom surface of the waste container 60. Then, the introduced air is discharged to the extension pipe (1b) through the air discharge port (57). At this time, a part of the dirt that rises from the waste container 60 and rises with the air by the air flow is hit by the backflow prevention member 85 and is reflected, so that its traveling direction is turned to the turning air flow and descends again.
In addition, the dirt not separated by the backflow prevention member 85 is caught by the filter network 83 and filtered. Therefore, fine dirt is caught and stuck to the filter net 83. Then, clean air passes through the filter network 83 and passes through the turbine 81. The turbine 81 is rotated clockwise, that is, A direction by the air discharged in this way. Therefore, the filter net 83 is continuously rotated with the turbine 81 while being in contact with the dust hair member 90, so that the dirt stuck to the filter network 83 is automatically by the dust hair member 90. It will fall off. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the filter net 83 from being blocked by dust and preventing air from passing properly. In addition, since the filter net 83 is spontaneously shaken, even when the waste container 60 is emptied, the filter assembly 70 does not need to be separated and dust is removed, thereby making it convenient to use.
On the other hand, in the embodiment of the present invention has been described with an example that only one dust hair member 90 is installed, which is merely exemplary, a plurality of dust hair members may be provided at predetermined intervals.
According to the cyclone dust collector of the vacuum cleaner according to the present invention as described above, the filter assembly has a configuration in which the rotary filter is automatically rotated by the dust-hair member while being rotated automatically by air.
Therefore, it is possible to prevent the rotary filter from being clogged by dust and the like, thereby increasing the cleaning efficiency, and there is no need to clean the rotary filter separately.
