Claims (7)
- 용제와 착색제, 박편상 미세모재의 표면을 굴절율이 높은 금속산화물로 피복하여 이루어지는 간섭안료를 혼합한 조성물에 고형화제를 첨가하여 고형화하는 것으로 제조되는 고형상 묘화체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기한 금속산화물은 이산화티타늄이고, 피복층의 두께가 60∼160㎚인 고형상 묘화제.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기한 박편상 미세모재는 운모, 규산염글라스 중에서 선정하여 단독 또는 혼합하여 사용하는 고형상 묘화체.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기한 박편상 미세모재는 평균입자크기가 5∼125㎛인 고형상 묘화체.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기한 간섭안료는 박편상 미세모재에 금속산화물을 피복하기 전에 이산화주석을 상기한 금속산화물 피복율의 0.1∼10%의 피복율로 피복하는 고형상 묘화체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기한 용제는 10∼60중량%, 착색제는 0.05∼50중량%, 간섭안료는 1∼30중량%, 고형화제는 1∼20중량%를 혼합하여 사용하는 고형상 묘화체.
- 제1항 또는 제6항에 있어서,상기한 고형화제는 스테아린산나트륨, 미리스틴산나트륨, 팔미틴산나트륨, 지방족카르본산, 지방족카르본산염, N-지방족아실아미노산, N-지방족아실아미노산염 중에서 선정하여 단독 또는 2종이상을 혼합하여 사용하는 고형상 묘화체.
