Claims (6)
- 일정 간격 이격되어 마주 대하고 있으며, 제 1 영역과 제 2 영역을 가지는 제 1 및 제 2 기판;상기 제 1 기판 안쪽면에 형성되어 있으며, 상기 제 1 영역에 위치하는 게이트 배선;상기 게이트 배선과 교차하여 화소 영역을 정의하는 데이터 배선;상기 게이트 배선 및 데이터 배선과 연결되어 있는 박막 트랜지스터;상기 데이터 배선에서 연장되어 있으며, 상기 제 2 영역에 위치하는 데이터 패드;상기 화소 영역에 형성되고 상기 박막 트랜지스터와 연결되어 있는 화소 전극;상기 화소 전극과 데이터 배선 및 박막 트랜지스터를 덮고 있는 제 1 배향막;상기 제 2 기판 안쪽면에 형성되어 있는 블랙매트릭스;상기 블랙 매트릭스 상부에 형성되고, 상기 화소 영역에 대응하는 컬러필터;상기 컬러필터 상부에 형성되어 있는 공통전극;상기 공통전극 상부에 형성되어 있는 제 2 배향막;상기 제 1 영역의 상기 제 1 및 제 2 배향막 사이에 형성되어 있는 액정층; 그리고상기 제 1 및 제 2 기판 사이에 형성되어 있으며, 상기 액정층을 둘러싸고 있는 씰 패턴을 포함하며,상기 데이터 패드 터미널은 상기 데이터 패드와 상기 씰 패턴 사이에 위치하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 데이터 패드 터미널은 상기 씰 패턴 하부에까지 연장되어 있는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 및 제 2 배향막은 폴리이미드 계열의 물질로 이루어진 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 및 제 2 배향막은 인쇄 방법에 의해 형성되는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 데이터 패드 터미널은 상기 화소 전극과 같은 물질로 이루어진 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 데이터 패드 터미널은 인듐-틴-옥사이드와 인듐-징크-옥사이드 중의 하나로 이루어진 액정 표시 장치.
