Abstract

PURPOSE: A micro-filter for reuse water (recycling water) using activated carbon and metal rods is provided to remove contaminants in raw water so that reuse water is produced by making a semi-permanent micro-filter using activated carbon and metal rods so that backwashing is easily performed by filtering and vibration of the metal rods. CONSTITUTION: The micro-filter comprises nipple, upper pipe, lower pipe, lower light plate, upper light plate and metal rods, wherein the nipple and the upper light plate are welded to guide flow of treated water (reuse water), the upper light plate and the upper pipe are welded to guide flow of the treated water, the metal rods are welded between the upper pipe and the lower pipe so that the metal rods are parallel to each other and spaced apart from each other in a certain gap, the lower pipe and the lower light plate are welded to block flow of the treated water, a membrane having certain thickness is formed by supplying activated carbon to the metal rods, raw water (sewage or wastewater) is supplied to the membrane having certain thickness formed of activated carbon so that the raw water flows from raw water inflow part(8) to reuse water (treated water) discharge part(9), and the activated carbon together with the contaminants mixed during backwashing are removed by vibrating the metal rods using backwash water if contaminants in raw water are filtered by the activated carbon.
