Abstract

PURPOSE: An automatic selector of an earthworm feces is provided to easily repair at out of order and reduce the operating expenses and the installation investment. CONSTITUTION: The automatic selector of an earthworm feces comprises; a motor(7), a earthworm selecting pin(3-10), a feces selecting screen and a micro-structure selecting screen. The mixed material mixing some earthworm, feces, overs is put into the earthworm feces selector being rotated after being connected with the motor by a conveyor belt(1) or manpower or tools like a shovel, an excavator, a skid loader and the mixed material is moved into the outlet by the gravity in the drum being rotated after being inclined as 1-5 deg. The earthworm is dropped to a earthworm selecting box(5) after being selected by the earthworm selecting pin(length 30mm-150mm, 3-10) being connected with the feces selecting screen. The earthworm in the mixed material is strained to the earthworm selecting pin and the earthworm is fallen from the upper part of the earthworm selecting box by the gravity and then it is selected after being fallen to the selecting box. The feces and overs are selected by the feces selecting screen.

본 고안은 최근 각광을 받고 있는 지렁이를 이용한 유기성 폐기물 처리 기술에서 처리 후 발생되는 부산물인 지렁이와 분변토의 효과적인 선별을 위하여 고안된 장치로서, 보다 상세하게는 지렁이를 이용하여 유기성 폐기물을 처리시 처리후 혼합되어 있는 지렁이와 분변토, 지렁이가 먹지 않아 처리되지 않고 분변토와 혼합되어 배출되는 물질(오버스:OVERS, 이하 오버스라 칭한다.)를 모터에 연결되어 회전하는 드럼 내부에 투입하여 드럼내부에 설치되어 있는 지렁이 선별핀과 분변토 선별 스크린에 의하여 지렁이와 분변토, 오버스의 분리가 이루어지도록 고안된 자동 선별 장치이다.The present invention is an apparatus designed for effective screening of earthworms and fecal soil, which are by-products generated after treatment in organic waste treatment technology using earthworms, which are recently spotlighted. 기존 지렁이 사육시설에서 지렁이 및 분변토를 선별하는 공정은 분변토의 활용목적 및 여건에 따라 여러 가지 방법이 있을 수 있으나, 일반적으로 지렁이의 습성을 이용한 방법이 주로 이용된다. 사육상에 급이한 먹이를 지렁이가 다 먹으면 사육상 상부에 새로운 먹이를 급이하고 지렁이는 새루운 먹이를 따라 상부로 올라오게 되는데, 이러한 일련의 과정이 진행되면서 사육상의 높이는 서서히 높아지게 된다. 어느 정도 사육상이 높아지면 새로운 먹이를 찾아 올라온 지렁이를 분리시키고 스키로우더와 선별기를 이용하여 사육상을 뒤집어 분변토를 선별한다. 이러한과정의 분변토 선별작업은 다음과 같은 문제점이 있다.In the existing earthworm breeding facilities, there are various methods for sorting earthworms and fecal soil according to the purpose and condition of the fecal soil.
