Claims (13)
- 상부기판과 하부기판 및 그 사이의 형성된 액정층으로 이루어진 액정패널; 및상기 상부기판과 하부기판중 적어도 하나의 기판 전체에 부착되고 상기 액정패널의 표시영역에 부착된 제1필름과 비표시영역에 부착되는 제2필름으로 이루어진 필름으로 구성된 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상부기판 및 하부기판은 0.6mm 이하의 유리기판인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1필름은 편광필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2필름은 보호필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2필름은 편광필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액정패널은,상기 하부기판에 형성된 박막트랜지스터;상기 상부기판에 형성된 컬러필터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 부착되는 기판의 면적과 동일하거나 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제2필름은 액정패널의 비표시영역의 면적과 동일하거나 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 상부기판과 하부기판 및 그 사이의 형성된 액정층으로 이루어진 액정패널; 및상기 상부기판과 하부기판중 적어도 하나의 기판 전체에 걸쳐 부착되며, 상기 액정패널의 표시영역에 부착되는 제1영역과 비표시영역에 부착되는 제2영역으로 이루어진 필름으로 구성된 액정표시장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제1영역은 편광필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 제1영역과 제2영역은 동일한 물질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 제1영역과 제2영역은 일체로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 상부기판과 하부기판 및 그 사이의 형성된 액정층으로 이루어진 액정패널; 및상기 액정패널의 상부기판 및 하부기판에 부착되어 액정패널을 투과하는 광을 편광시키는 편광판으로 구성되며,상기 편광판은 액정패널의 상부기판과 하부기판의 면적과 동일하거나 크게 형성되어 상기 상부기판과 하부기판의 전체에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
