실시예 1과 동일한 방법으로 제조하여 얻어진 액상제제 100ml을 20리터의 물 (200배액)에 희석하여 관행의 콩나물 시루 세척방법으로 소독하였다. 또한 가정용 합성세제를 이용한 세척, 락스(차아염소산나트륨용액)를 이용한 살균소독 그리고 열탕소독과의 살균소독효과를 비교하였다. 비교수치를 좀 더 명확히 얻기 위하여 실제 재배중 부패가 심하게 일어나 부패원인균에 많이 오염된 콩나물 재배시루를 이용, 상기한 4가지 방법을 이용한 살균 또는 세척의 과정을 통하여 각각의 재시루에 동일한 콩나물 원료콩을 이용하여 관행의 재배방법에 따라 재배하였다. 그 결과 각기 다른 약제로서 살균 또는 세척된 콩나물 시루에 재배된 콩나물의 이병율을 비교조사함으로써 콩나물 통에 오염된 부패원인균에 대한 살균효과를 다음 표 2에 기재하였다.100 ml of the liquid preparation prepared in the same manner as in Example 1 was diluted in 20 liters of water (200 times liquid) and sterilized by a conventional method for washing bean sprouts. 표 2의 결과로부터 콩나물 재배시루의 살균 효과가 사용된 소독약제의 종류에 따라 큰 영향을 받고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 즉, 동일한 종자콩으로 동일한 재배조건에 의하여 재배되었을 때 열탕소독에 의한 콩나물 재배시루의 살균이 가장 효과적이었으나 이는 많은 시간과 노동력을 필요로 하고 안전상의 주의가 필요하므로 많은 재배업자들이 이를 기피하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 반하여 본 발명에 따른 알킬디메틸벤질염화암모늄과 알킬디메틸에틸벤질염화암모늄의 혼합제제에 의한 살균세척은 그 효과가 열탕소독과 거의 대등하였을 뿐만 아니라, 사용이 편리하고 짧은 시간내에 효과적인 살균, 세정이 가능하였으므로 매우 우수한 효과를 제공하였음을 알 수 있다.From the results of Table 2, it can be seen that the sterilization effect of bean sprout cultivation base is greatly affected by the type of disinfectant used.
