Abstract

본 발명은 기존의 철골조 방식과 가설구조물인 컨테이너 박스를 병용하여 공기단축과
경비절감, 친 환경 및 효율적인 공간을 이용하여 상업건축 및 개인작업실
(오피스텔, 원룸 맨션, 모텔 등의 휴게시설, 펜션, 세미나하우스, 음식점, 전시장, 작가들 의 개인작업실 등)등에 활용 할 수 있도록 고안되었으며, 피라미드 식 라멘구조와 턴버클로
내진성을 확보하여 건축에서 추구하는 구조, 기능, 미를 동시에 만족하는 새로운 형태의
건축 설계 법 및 시공법이다.

건축 설계 법 및 건축시공법
건축이 갖는 또 하나의 의미는 창조이다. 새로운 것에 대한 끊임없는 도전과 노력일 것이다.
그런 의미에서 본 발명은 여러 가지 의미를 내포하고 있다고 할 수 있다. 고정관념으로부터 탈피하여 다양한 형태의 건축물을 현실성 있게 창출하는 것이다. 건축설계에 있어서 형태적 구상은 건축물이 갖는 생명력을 의미하고 건축에 소요되는 시간과 경비를 좌우한다.
현 건축업계의 현실은 진정한 의미에 있어서의 건축 활동 보다 건축경비가 우선되어 건축 활동에 많은 제약을 주고 있고 이러한 원인 등은 기술향상의 저조와 건축종사자들의 사회적 입지도 좀처럼 개선되어 지지 않는 원인으로도 작용하고 있다. 본 발명은 건축구조물 형태가 보다 건축 적이고 보다 경제적이며 공간효율성도 높아 현실적으로도 다용도에 걸쳐 활용할 수 있다는 점에서 이용가치가 높다고 할 수 있다.

    보강하여 형성한 구조물의 상부에 주문제작 컨테이너 박스를 설치하는 모든 건축 설계 법 및
    시공법.
