상기와 같이 구성되는 본 발명에 따른 연속 채널 변경 장치 및 방법이 적용되는 리모콘에는, 튜너가 구비된 전자기기에서 현재의 방송채널을 상위 채널 또는 하위 채널로 연속해서 순차 변경시키거나, 또는 사용자가 이전에 시청했던 방송채널들을 선별하여 연속해서 순차 변경시키기 위한 연속 채널 변경키가 더 구비되어 있는 것으로, 사용자가, 상기 리모콘 상에 구비된 연속 채널 변경키를 선택 입력하여, 텔레비전 또는 브이씨알 등과 같은 전자기기에서의 여러 방송채널들을 보다 간편하게 연속적으로 업/다운(Up/Down)시키거나, 자신이 이전에 시청했던 방송채널만을 선별 검색할 수 있게 되는 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.In the remote controller to which the apparatus and method for continuous channel change according to the present invention configured as described above are applied, the current broadcast channel is sequentially changed to an upper channel or a lower channel in an electronic device equipped with a tuner, or a user transfers the same. It is a very useful invention that it is possible to more easily and continuously up and down several broadcast channels in a device, or to selectively search only the broadcast channels that a user has previously watched.
