Description
Claims (15)
- 연속된 길이의 갱정 케이싱(well casing) 사이에 트랩된 환형 압력으로 인한 해양의 유정 및 가스정에 있어서의 손상을 방지하기 위한 유정 및 가스정 손상 방지 방법으로서,파열 안전판을 구비한 모듈형의 파열 안전판 조립체를 내장하기 위하여 하나 이상의 리셉터클(receptacle)을 포함하도록 케이싱 커플링을 변형시키는 단계와,변형된 케이싱 커플링의 리셉터클 내에 상기 모듈형의 파열 안전판 조립체를 설치하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 파열 안전판 조립체의 파열 안전판은 연속된 길이의 갱정 케이싱 사이에 트랩된 환형 압력에 노출되고,상기 파열 안전판은 사용자가 정한 압력에서 파열되도록 선택되는 것인 방지 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 파열 안전판 조립체에는 리셉터클 내의 암나사 형성 영역과 맞물리는 수나사가 마련되어 있는 것인 유정 및 가스정 손상 방지 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 파열 안전판 조립체는 스냅 링에 의하여 케이싱 커플링의 리셉터클 내에 고정되는 것인 유정 및 가스정 손상 방지 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 파열 안전판 조립체는 수나사 형성 영역에 의하여 케이싱 커플링의 리셉터클 내에서 밀봉되는 것인 유정 및 가스정 손상 방지 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 파열 안전판 조립체는 일체의 0링 시일에 의해 상기 케이싱 커플링의 리셉터클 내에서 밀봉되는 것인 유정 및 가스정 손상 방지 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 파열 안전판이 파열되는 선택된 압력은 온도에 대하여 보상되는 것인 유정 및 가스정 손상 방지 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 파이프의 취급 중에 파열 안전판을 보호하도록 파열 안전판 조립체에 마련된 보어 내에 보호 캡을 삽입하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인 유정 및 가스정 손상 방지 방법.
- 내부 환형 리세스를 갖는 하부 영역과, 육각 렌치를 삽입할 수 있도록 상기 환형 리세스와 연통하는 육각 구멍을 갖는 상부 영역을 구비하는 원통형의 본체와,상면, 하면, 그리고 이들 상면과 하면을 연통시키는 보어를 구비하는 안전판 리테이너(disk retainer)와,상기 원통형의 본체와 상기 안전판 리테이너의 상면 사이에 개재되어 있고, 사용자가 정한 압력에서 파열되도록 선택된 재료로 구성되는 파열 안전판을 포함하는 파열 안전판 조립체.
- 제8항에 있어서, 0링을 삽입할 수 있도록 안전판 리테이너의 하면에 0링용 홈을 구비하는 것인 파열 안전판 조립체.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 원통형 본체의 상부 영역에 수나사 형성 표면을 더 구비하는 것인 파열 안전판 조립체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 수나사 형성 표면은 UNF 나사가 형성되어 있는 것인 파열 안전판 조립체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 수나사 형성 표면은 NPT 나사가 형성되어 있는 것인 파열 안전판 조립체.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 본체의 상부 영역에 위치되어 스냅 링으로서 작용하는 릿지 또는 립(lip)을 더 구비하는 것인 파열 안전판 조립체.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 파열 안전판은 INCONELTM으로 제조되는 것인 파열 안전판 조립체.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 본체와 안전판 리테이너는 316 스테인리스 강으로 제조되는 것인 파열 안전판 조립체.
