Claims (15)
- 連続する複数の井戸ケーシングの間にトラップされたアニュラス圧力によって、海底坑口装置を備えた海洋の油及びガス井戸が破損するのを防止するための方法であって、
前記海底坑口装置は、海中導管によって浮遊するワーク・ステーションに連結され、かつ、その下の穿孔に配置された複数のケーシング・ストリングに連結されており、
前記方法は、
バースト・ディスクが含まれるモジュール式バースト・ディスク・アセンブリを収納するための少なくとも1つの容器を含むようにケーシング結合部分を修正するステップと、
前記モジュール式バースト・ディスク・アセンブリを前記の修正されたケーシング結合部分の前記容器の内部に取付けるステップとを有し、
前記バースト・ディスク・アセンブリの前記バースト・ディスクは、連続する複数の井戸ケーシングの間にトラップされたアニュラス圧力に露出されており、
前記バースト・ディスクは、ユーザにより特定された圧力で破損するように選択されていることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記バースト・ディスク・アセンブリは、前記容器の内部の内側ねじ山領域と噛合うねじ山付外側部分を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記バースト・ディスク・アセンブリは、前記ケーシング結合部分の前記容器の内部に、スナップ・リングによって固定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記バースト・ディスク・アセンブリは、外側ねじ山領域によって、前記ケーシング結合部分の前記容器の内部に密封されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記バースト・ディスク・アセンブリは、一体型o−リング・シールによって、前記ケーシング結合部分の内部に密封されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記バースト・ディスク・アセンブリが破損する前記の選択された圧力は、温度補正されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 更に、前記パイプを処理する際に、前記バースト・ディスクを保護するように、前記バースト・ディスク・アセンブリ内に設けられた孔の内部に保護キャップを挿入するステップを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 海中導管によって浮遊するワーク・ステーションに連結された海底坑口装置であって、前記海底坑口装置の下の穿孔に配置された複数のケーシング・ストリングに連結された、該海底坑口装置と、
バースト・ディスクを備えたモジュール式バースト・ディスク・アセンブリと、
前記バースト・ディスク・アセンブリを収納するための少なくとも1つの容器を含む修正されたケーシング結合部分であって、前記海底坑口部の下の前記穿孔に配置された複数のケーシング・ストリング内部に配置される、該ケーシング結合部分とを含み、
前記修正されたケーシング結合部分の前記容器内に取り付けられた前記バースト・ディスク・アセンブリの前記バースト・ディスクは、前記穿孔に配置された連続する複数の井戸ケーシングの間にトラップされたアニュラス圧力に露出され、前記バースト・ディスクは、ユーザにより特定された圧力で破損するように選択されていることを特徴とする海洋坑井構築物。 - バースト・ディスク・アセンブリが、
内側環状凹部を備えている下側領域、及び六角レンチの挿入のために前記環状凹部と連絡する六角孔を備えている上側領域を備えた円筒状本体と、
上面、下面、及び前記上面と前記下面とを連絡させる孔を備えているディスク保持器とを有し、
前記バースト・ディスクは、前記円筒状本体と前記ディスク保持器の前記上面との間に挿入されて連続する複数の井戸ケーシングの間にトラップされたアニュラス圧力に露出さ れ、
前記海洋坑井構築物が、更に、 o −リングの挿入のために、前記ディスク保持器の前記底面内に o −リング溝を有することを特徴とする海洋坑井構築物。 - 更に、前記円筒状本体の前記上側領域上に外側ねじ山面を有することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の海洋坑井構築物。
- 前記ねじ山面は、UNFねじ山であるねじ山を備えていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の海洋坑井構築物。
- 前記ねじ山面は、NPTねじ山であるねじ山を備えていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の海洋坑井構築物。
- 更に、スナップ・リングとして作用するように前記本体の前記上側領域上に配置されたリッジ若しくはリップを有することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の海洋坑井構築物。
- 前記ディスクは、INCONEL(登録商標)で作られていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の海洋坑井構築物。
- 前記本体及び前記ディスク保持器は、316ステンレス鋼で作られていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の海洋坑井構築物。
