Abstract

PURPOSE: A pre-heater using a positive temperature coefficient is provided to improve water-tightness and allow convenient assembly by forming a plate of a heat sink assembly placed in a housing integrally with the housing. The positive temperature coefficient set comprises positive temperature coefficients(71) inserted to the receiving part, electrode terminals contacting with the positive temperature coefficient; and a uniting member(73) uniting ends(72a) of the electrode terminals. Coolant flowing in the housing is prevented from infiltrating into the positive temperature coefficient set in the heat sink plate.
