Abstract
Description
1) In the conventional personal broadcasting using the Internet, as shown in Fig. 1, the broadcasting software WINAMP and SHOWCAST are installed on a personal computer, and the music is transmitted in the form of MP3 file by connecting to ADSL. Progressed. Since the conventional technology was based on the ADSL transmission speed (generally 1MBPS / second), the number of listeners had to be limited. Therefore, it was a practical problem that it was impossible to apply it as a business model besides personal broadcasting.
2) In addition, the personal IP broadcast by ASDL changes the access IP every time it is connected, so it is necessary to advertise and publicize the IP for broadcasting by various routes or methods every time. There has been a distance and this has been a real obstacle to being adopted as a business model beyond the limits of individual stations.
3) ADSL, which is a communication environment of personal broadcasting, could not provide additional videos or related materials in addition to MP3 files because only about 20 people can listen when selecting 56KBPS / sec mode. This was another limitation that was not appropriate to the business model of a broadcasting station that profits by using functions as an advertisement and a promotional medium rather than profits by the broadcasting itself.
The business model as the present invention has been proposed with the problem of personal broadcasting due to the conventional technical limitation as a problem.
In other words, by improving the ADSL of personal broadcasting, the system can be used as a business model by systematically constructing an environment in which concurrent users can be more than 100 times the existing number.
In addition, even if individual broadcasters or listeners broadcast on a floating IP, the listener's position is automatically recognized as a fixed IP to maintain loyalty.
In addition, by utilizing a multimedia server, it is possible to provide information that can enhance the influx of customers such as related video materials and cyber galleries, in addition to music broadcasting in the form of MP3 files.
..
1) As shown in Fig. 2, the core of the present invention solves the primary problem by arranging a multimedia dedicated server between a personal broadcast transmitter and a listener.
In the case of the conventional personal broadcasting, as shown in FIG. 1, the listener needs to recognize and connect to the floating IP, but the present invention solves the problems and limitations by configuring a multimedia dedicated server as a station in the middle.
(In this case, each individual broadcaster will be provided with an ID to use the multimedia dedicated server. With that ID, the broadcaster will use the station, and the listener will automatically enter the ID of each individual broadcaster on the website provided by the station. I recognize a fixed IP and am connected)
In the multimedia dedicated server that performs the station function, the CPU, which is the main memory, is dual mode compared to the existing server, so that it is possible to simultaneously provide and watch videos as well as play MP3 files.
2) Also, since the multimedia dedicated server is connected to the high speed leased line environment per 100MBPS / second instead of the existing ADSL communication environment, there is no problem in the broadcasting system even if there are more than 2000 simultaneous users, not the PEER TO PEER method. Will not.
The reason for this is that ADSL, which is a communication environment for personal broadcasting, is 1MBPS on average (actually). (56KBPS allows only 20 people to access and listen to the broadcast.) If you connect to the station with the allowed ID, you can use it as it is and you can escape the limitations of the existing personal broadcasting.
3) For this purpose, the multimedia dedicated server prepares the station as a website such as a cyber broadcasting station so that listeners and viewers can easily connect to it. In the present invention, for each task, a dedicated broadcaster dedicated studio is installed in the station. Solved.
Therefore, each personal broadcaster is provided with a personal studio by subscribing to a station (e.g. Bolsarino: WWW.VOLSALINO.COM), and his or her own personal computer can play MP3 files and information related to broadcasting or high inflow effects. Will be provided.
Personal broadcasting is a very common trend with the spread of the Internet, personal computers, and ADSL high-speed communication networks, and its response is rapidly increasing.
However, the existing environment could not escape the limitations of the PEER TO PEER method, so it was difficult to establish itself as a business model despite the interest and response of many netizens. However, according to the present invention, it is possible to apply it to a business model by providing a function to the broadcaster in a stable environment in addition to the convenience to the personal broadcaster in a more convenient condition for the personal broadcast listener and viewer.
In particular, when the number of concurrent users temporarily increases rapidly due to the characteristics of broadcasting, the effect of the present invention is an excellent solution, considering that it can be a profit model utilizing the broadcasting function depending on how stable it is.
