CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the Winamp, Microsoft NetShow tool(window media tool), the plugin of Winamp, and the shoutcast server. The Winamp is a music file regenerator supporting overall audio formats. The Winamp plays the central role for uploading music and comments. The Microsoft NetShow tool is a NetShow Streaming Media Service. The multimedia solution supports a high quality bandwidth. ASF(Advanced Streaming Format) contents and Real Audio/Video file QuickTime contents are conveniently accessed by the Microsoft NetShow tool. The plugin of Winamp is a shoutcast DSP(Digital Signal Processor) broadcasting tool. The shoutcast server supports UNIX and Windows and realizes a personal open radio show. When the programs are downloaded, an environment is automatically set up. Broadcasting is realized by automatic IP(Internet Protocol) set-up. Therefore, the audio and video contents are provided by the Internet users without any separate operating process.
