Abstract
본 고안은 다기능 휴대폰에서 발생되는 전자파를 차폐하여 사용자가 전자파에 노출되지 않도록 하는 휴대용 전자파 차폐 필름 케이스에 관한 고안이다.The present invention is to devise a portable electromagnetic shielding film case for shielding the electromagnetic waves generated in the multi-function mobile phone so that the user is not exposed to electromagnetic waves.
지금까지는 일반적으로 사용되는 휴대폰용 필름 케이스는 사용하고 있어나, 전자파 차폐용 케이스는 없었다. 일부에서는 부직포와 같은 천에 금속 분말을 첨가하여 제작된 타 용도의 제품을 존재하고 있었으나, 휴대폰용으로 사용하기에는 적절하지 않았으며, 전자파 차폐효과를 위한 제품이 아님으로 인한 문제점이 있었다. 따라서 본 고안에서는 아크릴계 점착제에 전도성 금속 분말 또는 전도성 고분자 물질을 첨가하여 폴리에틸렌 필름, 폴리프로 필름, 폴리 비닐 클로라이드 필름, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름, 등과 같은 종류의 열가소성 필름에 도포하여 점착 필름을 만든 후, 점착 표면에 보호 필름으로 보호하여 다기능 휴대 폰에서 나오는 전자파를 차폐하여 폰 사용자가 전자파에 노출되지 않도록 하기위한 휴대폰용 전자파 차폐 필름 케이스에 대한 고안이다.Until now, although the film case for mobile phones generally used is used, there is no electromagnetic shielding case. 본 고안은 휴대용 폰에 발생되는 전자파를 차폐하는 휴대폰 케이스에 대한 것으로 다시 말하면, 전도성 금속 분말이나, 전도성 고분자 물질을 첨가한 아크릴계 점착제가 열가소성 필름에 도포된 점착 필름을 다기능 휴대폰의 케이스에 점착함으로 휴대폰에서 발생되는 전자파를 차폐하는 휴대용 폰 케이스에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a mobile phone case that shields electromagnetic waves generated in a mobile phone. 따라서 본 고안은 상기의 문제점들 해결하기 위하여 점착제에 전자파 차폐 금속류로서, 구리 분말, 은 분말, 탄소 나노 튜버 분말 등의 전기 전도가 양호한 금속 종류의 분말을 첨가 혼입하거나, 금속류 대신 전기 전도가 양호한 폴리싸이오펜 종류의 고분자 물질을 첨가 혼입하여 제작한 점착제를 열가소성 필름에 도포하고 제작된 전자파 차폐 점착 필름을 휴대폰용 케이스의 필요부에 부착하여 전자파 차폐의 기능을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.Therefore, in order to solve the above problems, the present invention adds and mixes a metal-type powder having good electrical conductivity such as copper powder, silver powder, carbon nanotube powder, or the like as an electromagnetic shielding metal to the pressure-sensitive adhesive, or a poly having good electrical conductivity instead of metals. 상기 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 고안에서는 도 4에서 보이는 바와 같이 중간부에는 전도성 물질 함유 점착제와 양쪽으로 열가소성 필름으로 구성된 필름으로 대표적안 제품으로는 도2와 같은 휴대폰 케이스이다. 따라서 열가소성 필름에 점착제 코팅을 하기 위하서는 점착제에 전기전도성이 비교적 큰 금속의 분말을 첨가하고 이를 필름으로 양쪽을 합포하여 건조하여 필름을 제조하고 이 필름을 이용하여 필요한 형태로 제단하고 연결함으로서 휴대폰의 형태에 따른 모양으로 제작하여 만든 휴대폰용 외피 즉 케이스를 제공한다. 이하 첨부된 도면을 기준으로 설명하기로 한다. 첨부한 도면은 본 휴대폰용 전자파 차폐 점착 필름으로 제작할 수 있는 여러 형태의 케이스 중 이해를 돕기 위한 일례로. 본 고안을 한정하는 것은 아니다. 도1은 본 고안의 차폐 대상의 휴대 폰 본체이며 도2는 본 고안에 의한 휴대폰용 전자파 차폐 점착 필름 케이스 사시도이고, 도3는 본 고안의 점착 필름케이스와 휴대폰과의 조합도이다. 그리고 도4 는 본 고안의 다기능 휴대폰용 전자파 차폐 점착 필름 케이스의 내부 구조도이다. 먼저 점착제(1-1)에 금속 종류의 분말 즉 구리분말, 은 분말, 탄소 나노 튜버 분말 등의 금속 종류나, 상기 금속 종류 대신에 폴리 싸이오펜의 고분자를 첨가한 점착제(1-1)를 필름에 일정 두께로 도포한다. 도포 후 이를 건조하고 이를 PET, PE, PVC, PP등 합성수지의 재질인 외피 필름 층 필름(1-2)과 내피 필름 층 필름(1-3)이 상기 점착제(1-1)를 사이에 두고 도4에서 보인바와 같이 합포 즉 라미네이팅을 함으로서 전자파 차폐효과가 있는 전자파 차폐 기능의 필름 제품을 만든다. 이러한 구성으로 제작된 전자파 차폐 기능의 점차 필름으로 필요한 부분 혹은 모양으로 하는 휴대폰의 비닐케이스(1)를 제공함으로서 다기능 휴대폰에 전자파 차폐 점착 필름 케이스로서의 목적을 달성하게 된다.In order to achieve the above object, in the present invention, as shown in FIG. 4, a film composed of a conductive material-containing adhesive and a thermoplastic film on both sides is a mobile phone case as shown in FIG. 2.
