Abstract
본 고안은 온수난방용 완충, 소음 온돌판에 관한 것으로 보다 구체적인 것은 온달판의 구성을 새롭게 하고 소음내지 완충장치와 결합함으로써 온돌의 설치작업과 온돌설치후 온돌바닥에 작용하는 충격소음이 아래층으로 전달되는 것을 완화시켜 소음으로 인한 피해를 줄이고 온수파이프에서 발산되는 열기가 신속히 전달되어 방열효과가 높은 온돌이 되게한 것이다.The present invention relates to the cushioning and noise ondol plate for hot water heating. 이와같이 된 본 고안은 합성수지제 온돌판(1)의 내부에 구획실(103)이 형성되고 상면과 하면에 돌출종벽(102a)(102b)을 더 형성하여 공간을 더 많이 만든 다음 공간상호간이 절개홈(3)(3a)에 의하여 소통되도록 형성했기 때문에 온돌판이 다공체로 되어 공기와 열기소통이 용이하고 온돌판 일측에 배관홈(4)을 만들어 금속제배관판(5)을 장치하고 그 속에 온수파이프(11)를 배관하므로서 온수파이프에서 방출되는 열기가 금속제배관판을 통해 신속하게 온돌판으로 전달되므로 온돌판을 빨리 가열할 수 있게 되는 효과가 있고 금속제 배관판(5)에 요입홈(5a)이 있어서 금속제배관판 내에서의 열기순환도 빨라져서 열기전달이 용이하고 동시에 금속제 배관판의 내구성이 향상되며 또 온돌판(1)을 합성수지제로 성형하고 금속제 배관판(5)(5')을 혼용함으로써 소음 작용이 양호하고 열기전달과 내구성이 높은 온수온돌을 구축할 수 있고 금속제배관판(5)은 별도로 제작하여 온돌판의 시공조건에 맞추어 선택시공을 할 수 있게 되는 이점이 있고 이층 이상의 건물을 시공할 때 온돌판(1)밑에 파이프(6)를 깔고 합성수지 또는 고무와 같은 탄성체로된 완충재(7)를 시공함으로써 온돌바닥에 충격을 가하면 온돌바닥에 형성된 소음공간과 완충재의 작용으로 소음이 아래층으로 전달되는 것이 완화되어 방음과 소음효과를 높일 수 있는 이점을 얻고 소음 온돌판의 양측 연결부에 연결홈(1b)과 연결돌부(1a)가 있어서 상호연결이 용이하며 또 연결부에 형성되는 연결홈(1b)을 보다 큰 규격으로 양측이 동일하게 구성할 경우 온돌판과 온돌판 사이에 4각파이프(10)를 개제하여 온돌판을 연결시킬수 있으므로 견고한 온돌판 구축에 활용할수 있는 이점을 얻을수 있고 온돌판의 상하면에 형성된 돌출종벽(102a)(102b)의 끝에 수평 확대면(102c)(102d)이 형성되어 접촉면이 확대되므로 온돌상판과 하판의 설치가 용이하게 되어 시공이 간편한 등의 이점을 얻는 것이다.The present invention has been made in this way, the compartment 103 is formed in the inside of the synthetic resin ondol plate (1) and formed on the upper and lower surface protruding vertical wall (102a) (102b) to make more space, then the space between the incision groove ( 3) Since it is formed to communicate with (3a), the ondol plate is made of porous material, so that it is easy to communicate with air and hot air, and the pipe groove 4 is made on one side of the ondol plate to install the metal pipe plate 5, and the hot water pipe 11 therein.
