Abstract
우리나라도 산업이 발달하고 농업이 발달하면서 가축도 대량으로 사육하게 되었다. 가축의 대량 사육에 따른 가축사내에는 많은 가축들의 배설물등으로 주위 환경이 오염되어 불결 할 뿐아니라 가축들의 위생에 많은 문제점을 안고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결코자 가축들의 위생적이고 편리한 식수대를 개발하게 되었다.In Korea, with the development of industry and agriculture, domestic animals were also raised in large quantities. 축산업이 발달하면서 가축을 대량으로 사육하고 있다. 그리고 축사도 대형화로 변화하면서 축사내에는 많은 가축들의 배설물로 오염이 심각하다고 할수있다. 이와 같은 많은 문제점이 있어 소독을 자주하고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 가축이 먹고 살아가는 식수만은 그렇지 못한 것 같다. 물에다 소독을 자주 한다는 것도 문제이다. 이러한 문제점을 해결코자 가축식수대를 개발하게 되었다. 본 가축식수대은 가축의 키 크기에 따라 식수대의 높이를 조절(4) 할 수 있도록 하였다. 가축식수대은 물통(1)과 물통지주(2)가 분리되어 있다. 가축식수대의 높이를 높이려면 잭핸들(11)를 시계방향으로 돌리면 잭(4)의 축(4-1, 4-2)의 스크류(4-1, 4-2)가 역방향(도 2, 4)으로 되어 있어 기어(4-3, 4-4)가 멀어지면서 가축식수대의 물통(1)이 올라간다. 그리고 식수은 가축의 체온에 알맞도록 식수의 온도를 자동으로 조절이 되도록 자동온도조절장치(7, 8)를 물통(1) 내부에 부착 가축의 체온에 알맞은 온도를 세팅(setting)한다. 그리고 식수 과정에 가축들의 주등이의 주위이나 머리에 묻어있는 오물등이 식수통(3)에 떨어져 식수통(3)이 오염된다. 이러한 것들을 깨끗이 세척하기 위해 레버(9)를 조금 당기면 캡(도 2, 10)이 오픈되면서 식수통(3)에 있는 물이 배수로(6)를 따라 오물과 같이 배수되면서 물통(3)의 청소가 되면서 물통(3)의 물이 홀(12)을 통하여 식수통(3)으로 물이 흘러나와 더욱 깨끗하게 청소가 된다. 그리고 잡아 당긴 레버(9)를 놓으면 캡(10)이 크로스 되면서 식수통(3)의 물은 홀(12)을 통하여 식수통(3)에 온수가 흘러 들어와 가축이 언제나 물을 먹을 수 있도록 가득 차 있다. 그리고 식수통(3)의 수온은 물통(3)의 수온이 전도되어 식수통(3)의 물은 항상 가축의 체온에 알맞게 유지된다. 가축식수대은 물통지주(2) 밑에 휠(14)이 부착이 되어 있어 손쉽게 이동 할 수 있다. 종래에는 식수대의 높이 조절이 되지않아 가축이 물을 먹을시 많은 불편이 있었고 가축이 식후 식수통(3)이 오염되어 인위적으로 식수통(3)을 세척을 해야 하는 많은 불편이 있었다. 그리고 이동시에는 중량물의 식수대를 인위적으로 이동을 해야 하는 불편이 있다.As the livestock industry develops, cattle are raised in large quantities.
