본 고안은 토르크모터를 사용 제품을 권취하는 권취기의 장력조절장치에 관한 것으로 권취보빈의 장력상승변화를 저선장치의 동작을 이용하여 감속기로 브레이크 패드가 적절한 동작과 힘으로 동작되도록하여 권취보빈축에 장작된 브레이크 드럼제어 일정한 장력으로 제품을 권취 되도록 구성된 것 이다The present invention relates to a tension control device of a winder for winding a product using a torque motor. 도 1과 도2 에서 보는바와 같이 신선기에서 나온 선재가 권취기 프레임 일측 상단에 장치된 저선 고정롤러(201)와 저선 가동롤러(202)에 여러회 감기어 저선된후 트래버스(400)에 장치된 트래버스 선재 안내롤러(401)를 통하여 권취 토르크 모터(600)의 구동으로 동작하는 권취 보빈축(510)에 장착된 권취보빈에 감기는 과정에서 권취되는 제품이 점차적으로 많아지므로 발생하는 장력의 상승되는 변화에 의하여 저선이 적어짐에 따라서 저선 가동롤러(202)가 상승하게 되고 저선 가동롤러(202)에 장치된 체인(210)으로 동작되는 체인기어(212)가 감속기(300)축에 연결되어 감속기를 구동 브레이크패드 가동암(301)을 동작시켜 브레이크 패드 가동와이어(503)로 연결된 브레이크 패드(502)로 브레이크 드럼(501)을 제동하여 권취보빈의 장력상승변화를 제어 하므로서 일정한 장력으로서 제품이 권취되도록 한 것 이다.As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the wire rod from the drawing machine is wound around the bottom line fixing roller 201 and the bottom line movable roller 202 installed on the upper side of the winder frame, and the wire rod is stored in the traverse 400.
