Abstract

본 고안은 견고하면서도 가격이 저렴한 제품을 공급하기 위하여 금속재를 사용하되 견고성이 훼손되지 않는 범위내에서 금속재의 사용이 억제될수 있도록 파지간 내부 일부분이 중공부도 형성되고 단 요부를 구성하여 여기에 덮개를 접착제로 결속시켜 제품의 마감 작업을 깔끔하게 처리하므로 제품의 질적 향상을 가져오는 문 손잡이 인것이다The present invention uses a metal material to supply a robust and low-cost product, but a hollow part is formed inside the gripping portion, and a cover is formed here so that the use of the metal material can be suppressed within the range that the rigidity is not impaired. 본고안은 레바형 문 손잡이에 있어서 일부분 내면이 중공부로 된 파지간 내주면의 하단부에 단요부를 형성하여 덮개 외주면에 도포된 접착제로 하여금 고착시켜 견고하게 일체로 결속되므로 백철과 아연 합금으로 이루어진 손잡이임을 감안할 때 중량이 가벼워 짐은 물론이고 이에 따른 원자재 절감에 의해 제품의 가격이 보다 저렴하여 경쟁력이 한층 더 강화되는 문손잡이에 관한 것이다.This paper is a handle made of white iron and zinc alloy because it is formed in the lower part of the inner circumferential surface of the gripper with the hollow part of the lever-shaped door handle, and is firmly bound by the adhesive applied to the outer circumferential surface of the cover. 본고안은 상기의 결점을 시정하여 안출한 것으로 문 손잡이의 가장 중요한 부분은 견고성에 있으므로 내구성이 강한 금속재인 백철과 아연 합금으로 구성하되 고비용 원자재를 가급적 절감하면서도 견고성을 유지하기 위하여 파지간 일부분 내면을 중공부로된 단요부를 형성하여 여기에 덮개를 고착시키므로 제품의 견고함과 저렴한 가격을 동시에 구현하는 문 손잡이를 제공하기 위함이다This paper is designed to correct the above drawbacks.
