Description
The present invention relates to a prefabricated vegetation block for a shaft, and more specifically, to form a space portion penetrated vertically through the center of the block body to fill the soil therebetween to grow grass or trees, as well as various bedbugs The present invention relates to a prefabricated vegetation block for a shaft that strengthens the binding force between the block and the soil by creating an environment where insects can inhabit and allowing drainage through the space part even in rainy or rainy days.
In general, the retaining wall is a wall structure that prevents soil from falling down by resisting earth pressure, and is an anti-earth pressure structure that maintains stability by using the weight of the wall itself and frictional force of the bottom surface.
Therefore, concrete blocks have been used to build structures to prevent the collapse of soil when cutting down slopes, cilantro sites, hills, or mountain slopes.
However, such a conventional concrete shaft block is a concrete block structure in which the block itself is integrally formed, and in case of rain, a large amount of rainwater is applied to the retaining wall itself, so that rainwater cannot be drained in time or absorbed into the soil, thereby causing a risk of collapse. As the block itself is heavy, it takes a long time to build and there is no space for plants and plants to inhabit the surrounding natural environment.
The present invention was devised to solve the above problems, to form a space portion penetrated up and down the center of the block body to fill the soil therebetween to grow grass or trees, as well as various bedbugs and insects Its purpose is to create an environment where it can inhabit, and to drain through the space part in rainy or rainy days, to strengthen the binding force between the block and the soil, and to provide a block that can maintain safety.
In order to achieve the present invention, the space portion penetrates up and down in the center of the block body forming a rectangular shape, and fills the soil during the construction of the retaining wall to serve as a drainage of water flowing into the block body, and the vegetation is possible. As shown in FIG. 1, the block body 10 having a quadrangular shape as a whole forms a space portion 20 penetrated vertically. As shown in FIG. 4, the block main body 10 is formed with a pull groove 40 formed in the upper surface of the block main body 10 in order to prevent a gap between the upper and lower parts of the block during stacking. 30) do not protrude.
In addition, the coupling protrusions 50 and the coupling grooves 60 are formed on both sides of the block body 10, respectively, so that adjacent blocks are assembled to each other.
Then, connecting grooves 80 and 80a are formed at both upper and lower ends of the block body, and as shown in FIG. 4, they are fitted to the connecting grooves 80 and 80a by using a connection member 70 provided separately. .
3, the plurality of drainage holes 90 formed on the bottom surface of the block body 10 are formed to extend to the space portion 20 to facilitate drainage when rainwater is introduced.
When constructing the block body 10 of the present invention configured as described above is to build a retaining wall or inclined mountain slope using heavy equipment (crane, forklift ...), so that the block body 10 can be easily lifted The lifting ring 30 formed on the upper surface of the block body is lifted up.
Hook the cable to the traction ring 30 to sequentially stack the blocks in the vertical direction, and when assembled horizontally and vertically by assembling by the coupling protrusion 50 and the coupling groove 60, the connection member ( 70 is used to reduce the horizontal force and the vertical force generated between adjacent blocks, and torsional stress is also prevented by the connecting member 70 inserted into the connecting grooves 80 and 80a formed to be inclined on the side of the block.
Therefore, the above-described assembly prefabricated block for filling the earth by filling soil, sand, gravel, etc. in the space portion 20 formed in the center to create an environment in which a variety of copper, plants can inhabit eco-friendly block construction. Even when a large amount of rainwater is introduced, a plurality of drainage holes 90 are formed in the front and rear of the bottom portion of the space part 20 and the block body 10, and the water is quickly absorbed into the soil formed in the space part 20.
In addition, various shapes and patterns 100 are formed on the front surface of the block body 10, and the space portion 20 formed at the center of the block body has a trapezoidal structure in which a space is enlarged toward the lower side as shown in FIG. 2.
Therefore, the present invention can be firmly fixed between the block and the ground by filling the soil in the space portion 20 between the ground surface and the block, as shown in Figure 4, by the various trees and grass formed on the top of the block body (10) It is a structure that can prevent collapse due to a sudden increase in drainage, and it is possible to install a prefabricated block for safe housing.
In addition to the use of the block structure for the axis, it is also possible to consider how to use the artificial landscaping using the space between buildings and structures using trees and grass.
As described above, the prefabricated vegetation block for the shaft according to the present invention has a natural friendly function because animals and plants can inhabit the space formed in the center of the block body, and the center part penetrates the entire weight even when the block is constructed. It can be reduced in weight and can be assembled in a short time even during construction.
In addition, the traction ring does not protrude to the upper surface of the block does not generate a gap between the adjacent blocks up and down during construction.
Therefore, the construction is convenient, work efficiency is improved, there is an effect that can be eco-friendly block construction.
