Abstract

본 고안은 콤프레서와 분무기가 설치된 농용 작업기에 관한 것으로, 상부프레임(2)에는 원동기(3)가 설치되고, 하부프레임(4)에는 분무기(5)와 콤프레서(6)가 설치되며 원동기(3)의 출력축(10)에는 분무기(5)의 펌프풀리(11)와 벨트(12)로 연결되고, 원동기(3)의 출력축(10)에는 콤프레서(6)의 구동풀리(13)가 벨트(14)로 연결되게 구성된다.

Description

콤프레서와 분무기가 설치된 농용 작업기{Agricultural operating device having a compressor and a sprayer}
본 고안은 콤프레서와 분무기가 설치된 농용 작업기에 관한 것이다.
본 출원인의 실용신안등록 제342579호에는 펌프와 구동모터가 설치된 이동대차가 소개되고 있다. 그러나 농장에서는 방제작업뿐만 아니라 콤프레서를 이용한 여러가지 작업이 필요하다.
현재는 분무기 대차와 콤프레서 대차를 별도로 구입하여 사용하고 있어 사용이 불편하고 구입비용도 비싸다.
본 고안의 목적은 상기와 같은 불편함을 해결하기 위하여 원동기에 연결된 분무기와 콤프레서가 함께 설치된 농용 작업기를 제공하고자 하는 것이다.
본 고안의 농용 작업기는 상부프레임에는 원동기가 설치되고, 하부프레임에는 분무기와 콤프레서가 설치되게 구성된다.

본 고안을 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명한다.
도1에는 본 고안의 농용 작업기가 도시된다.
이동대차(1)의 상부프레임(2)에는 원동기(3)가 설치되고, 하부프레임(4)에는 분무기(5)와 콤프레서(6)가 설치된다.
원동기(3)는 경운기용 엔진으로 도시된다. 그러나, 원동기로는 전기모터도 사용 가능하다.
원동기(3)의 출력축(10)에는 분무기(5)의 펌프풀리(11)와 벨트(12)로 연결되고, 또한 원동기(3)의 출력축(10)에는 콤프레서(6)의 구동풀리(13)가 벨트(14)로 연결된다.
따라서, 사용자가 분무기를 사용하고자 하는 경우에는 콤프레서(6)의 벨트(14)를 출력축(10)으로부터 벗겨내어 사용할 수 있다.
반대로 사용자가 콤프레서를 사용하고자 하는 경우에는 분무기(5)의 벨트(12)를 벗겨내어 사용할 수 있다.
상기에 설명한 농용 작업기는 경우에 따라서는 분무기와 양수펌프를 설치하게 사용될 수도 있다.
상기와 같이 구성된 본 고안의 농용 작업기는 분무기와 콤프레서를 설치하거나 분무기와 양수펌프를 설치하여 농장에서 필요한 작업을 실행하는데 편리함을 제공한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 상부프레임(2)에는 원동기(3)가 설치되고, 하부프레임(4)에는 분무기(5)와 콤프레서(6)가 설치되는 농용 작업기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 원동기는 엔진이며 원동기(3)의 출력축(10)에는 분무기(5)의 펌프풀리(11)와 벨트(12)로 연결되고, 원동기(3)의 출력축(10)에는 콤프레서(6)의 구동풀리(13)가 벨트(14)로 연결되는 농용 작업기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 원동기는 전기모터인 농용 작업기.
