Abstract

본고안은 아파트 계단에 설치되는 계단판넬(1)에 관한 것이다. 상기 계단판넬(1)은 플라스틱으로 사출하여 도1과 같이 조립하여 구성된다. 종래에는 아파트의 계단을 몰탈로 바르거나, 인조석바르기 등으로 시공할 때에 비하여 간편하고 빠른 뛰어난 효과를 기대할 수 있다.This article relates to a staircase panel (1) installed on the stairs of an apartment. 본 고안은 계단을 시공하기위한 계단판넬에 관한 것으로 일반적으로 아파트계단은 콩크리트 계단(9)위에 몰타르로 시공한다. 그런데 몰타르로 시공할시 여러 가지 문제점이 있다. 첫째 몰타르가 양생될 때 까지 출입을 못한다. 둘째 정밀시공이 어렵고 작업능률이 떨어진다, 셋째 동절기에는 시공을 못한다. 계단몰탈을 시공하여 양생될 동안은 밟지 못하여 공사공기가 지연되는 많은 문제점이 있었다.The present invention relates to a stair panel for constructing a staircase. 상기목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안에 따른 계단판넬(1)은 플라스틱으로 사출하여 콩크리트 계단(9) 상부의 판넬 고정심재(8)를 앙카로 고정시킨후 계단판넬(1)을 도 1 과 같이 순차적으로 스탬플로(10)박아 조립한다. 이하 첨부한 도면을 참조하여 본 고안에 따른 계단판넬에 대하여 상세하게 설명한다. 도 1 은 본 고안에 의한 계단 판넬을 조립하여 보인 예시도이다. 그리고 도 3 은 조립단면상세도 이다. 상기한 도면에 의하여 본고안의 구조를 설명하면 다음과 같다. 상기 계단판넬 일측에 걸레받이턱(A)을 단차가지게 하고 요홈(2)과 돌출부(4)를 형성하여 도 1 과 같이 순차적으로 조립한다. 이상에서 살펴본 바와 같이 본 고안에 의하면 기존에 시공하던 몰타르를 대신하여 계단판넬을 시공하는 것에 의하여 빠르고 간편한 시공과 시공후 바로 밟을 수 있고 그 외의 효과도 뛰어나다. 이와같은 본 고안의 기본적인기술적인 사상의 범위 내에서 당 업계의 통상적인 지식을 가진 자에게 있어서는 다른 많은 변형이 가능함은 물론이다. 따라서 본 고안은 첨부한 청구 범위에 의하여 해석해야 한다.Stair panel (1) according to the present invention for achieving the above object is injected into the plastic to fix the panel fixing core 8 of the concrete stairs (9) with an anchor and then step the panel (1) as shown in Figure 1 Stapled (10) and assembled.
