Description
The present invention relates to a power generation apparatus using a series of crossflow aberration provided for acceleration of circulating water.
In general, hydroelectric power for driving a watermill or aberration using energy of water and aberration installed at a proper position of a pipe through which water flows using a discharge pressure of a pump generate a predetermined rotational power by applying the same fluid engineering fluid. In the past, the generation of electricity by converting the kinetic energy flowing through water into the rotational power of a fluid device was based on the potential energy of the stored water. Along with the necessity, there was a problem of low aberration efficiency. Therefore, there is an urgent need for technology development to efficiently use limited energy, but in the meantime, steam turbine or gas turbine, which is the core technology of energy conversion device in Korea, is urgently required. Of course, manufacturers who produce hydro-wheels Infinite suck and subsequently the actual circumstances that as well as the tap water supply pipe or a fuel drain pipe, such as O, left unchecked the kinetic energy of the fluid flow in various ways through the various internal piping system.
The present invention has been devised to solve the above problems, and the object of the present invention is to provide a fluid device in which a power generation device is installed to efficiently utilize the kinetic energy of a fluid by selecting the inside of a pipe through which various liquids flow. In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is to use the kinetic energy (E) of the fluid generated when the liquid flowing inside the pipe moves at a fluid velocity (V) of a constant mass (M) as a useful power energy In this case, a cross flow aberration is provided in the pipe to efficiently acquire the kinetic energy of the fluid flowing in the piping system without wasting the energy (E = M × V² × 1/2) that can be obtained. A plurality of cross flow aberrations are connected in series to form a circulator so that power can be generated by the axial force of the aberration. The part is completely enclosed and the generator and centrifugal pump are unified in the crossflow aberration and connected to the fluid pipe in series so that the centrifugal pump can accelerate the fluid circulation by using a part of the axial force of the aberration. The generator is characterized by the technical idea.

Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings, a preferred embodiment of the power generator using the series-type cross-flow aberration proposed by the present invention will be described in detail.
1 is a view showing the overall configuration of the power generator of the present invention, and FIG. 2 shows only one of the acceleration and aberration generators of FIG.
In addition, Figure 3 is a cross-flow aberration applied to the acceleration aberration generator, Figure 4 is a cross-sectional view showing the cross-flow aberration of Figure 3 from the bottom.
As shown, the cross-flow aberration applied to the power generating device of the present invention is fixed in an annular shape toward the rotor blades in which a plurality of wings are fixed and arranged at radial uniform intervals so that large rotational power can be obtained at a low flow rate. By using a separate high pressure pipe to provide a plurality of nozzles in a predetermined angle at an angle corresponding to the fuser blades in order to achieve a high pressure water spray on the rotor blades, It is equipped with a generator and an acceleration pump so that power can be generated by using the rotational force of a cross flow aberration that is strongly rotated by water spray. In particular, the entire distribution system is circulated by connecting the ovulation of the fluid in series for smooth flow of the fluid. It consists of.
In more detail, first, the rotor of the cross flow aberration 100 has radially provided 24 aberration blades 102 integrated with the aberration blade fixing plate l01 at its outer periphery, and the inlet and outlet sides of the fluid are radially provided. Except for the completely sealed outer case 106 stator is placed and fixed to the annular high-pressure pipe 103 so that the water pressure is formed uniformly around the 24 aberration blades 102 described above.
In this case, the four high pressure pipes 103 may be installed at four angles 104 at a predetermined angle (about 30 ° to 45 °) on all sides, and a certain free space may be secured to the lower portion of the sealed outer case 106. By providing a sufficient space so that the high-pressure water spray through the nozzle 104 rotates the above-described aberration blades 102 so that the sprayed water can fall into the space portion of the lower portion by its own gravity.
In addition, the centrifugal force pump 200 is installed in the lower portion of the rotor shaft 105 of the cross flow aberration 100 so as to absorb and recirculate the water which has been dropped downward and collected. A plurality of cross flow aberrations such as water is discharged into the cross flow aberration 100 of the next stage connected in series through a pipe, and the plurality of cross flow aberrations are continuously repeated at a strong rotational force according to the stepped absorption / discharge operation of the centrifugal force pump 200. Will work.
In order to implement the continuous repetitive rotational force as described above, a plurality of cross-flow aberrations 100 need to be connected by a series pipe, and a centrifugal force pump 200 connects an input terminal and an output terminal to constitute a circulation circuit for increasing the speed of water movement. The fluid circulated into the piping system by the circulating centrifugal force pump 200 is gradually accelerated and accelerated by the centrifugal force pump 200 driven by the rotational force of the cross flow aberration 100, that is, the fluid. The energy E for converting the motion into the rotational power is obtained by the acceleration force obtained by the square power of the mass M and the velocity V 2, whereby the rotational power of the fluid apparatus can be largely obtained, in series with the top of the rotor shaft 105. The installed generator 300 is a direct-connected generator of a cross-flow aberration that accelerates the circulation of water in order to efficiently generate electricity as in the above configuration.
The present invention of the configuration as described above is a plate in the power generation device for converting the fluid motion flowing through the rotational power, after processing a plurality of cross-flow aberration blades integrally on the rotor circular plate of the vertical axis centrifugal force in the lower portion of the rotor shaft The pump, the upper end of the rotor shaft has a useful effect such that it is possible to achieve the energy efficiency and productivity at the same time through the power generation device integrating the generator integrally.
