종래에도 콘크리트 구조물과 접촉되는 제티파일의 상부표면에는 방식페이스트와 방식테이프 및 합성수지시트를 차례로 적층하고 FRP커버를 씌워 간만의 차에 의하여 해수에 잠겼다 노출되는 반복에 의한 산화부식을 방지할 수 있도록함과 아울러 제티파일의 표면에 피복한 피복체의 하방에는 금속밴드를 볼트 및 너트로 체결하고 제티파일에 용접고정하여 FRP커버의 표면에 달라붙어 서식하는 조개등의 무게에 의하여 FRP커버가 하방으로 이동되는 것을 방지하고 또한 방식테이프와 합성수지시트 및 FRP커버의 밑부분의 틈사이로 조개등의 어패류가 유입되어 방식피복의 수명을 단축시키게 되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록한 해양제티파일의 방식피복구조가 실용신안등록 제0115960호로 공지되어 있으나 이는 구조물의 콘크리트면에 제티파일의 상면을 직접접촉시켜서된 것이므로 콘크리트표면의 미세요철부를 통하여 제티파일의 내부로 해수가 유입되게됨으로 인하여 제티파일의 내부가 신속히 산화부식되는 문제가 따르게 되었다.Conventionally, the upper surface of the jetty pile in contact with the concrete structure is laminated with anticorrosive paste, anticorrosive tape, and synthetic resin sheet in sequence, and covered with FRP cover to prevent oxidative corrosion due to exposure to repetition.
