소정의 크기로 인도와 차도의 경계선이나 화단과 인도의 경계선상에 구획되는 인조석 블럭(1)이 인조석 형틀에 의해 형성됨과 동시에 백색규사몰타르와 착색료로 석회석층이 구현되고 유색규사 몰타르에 의해 요철이나 단층부 혹은 미세홈과 같은 입체적 표현이 사실적으로 나타나게 하며 여기에 상기 규색 몰타르를 백색 시멘트, 규사, 각종 색상의 산료 등 착색료를 혼배합하고 또한 색상의 농도가 차이나는 해당 유색규사 몰타르를 적정량 산포 또는 도포하여 완성된 색조층(2)이 피막, 코팅 처리되어 천연석과 동일한 느낌이 들도록 구성한 것이다이와 같이 구성된 본 고안은 화단(3)과 인도(4) 사이의 경계 지점인 요로를 따라 인조석 블럭(1) 수개를 연결하여 화단(3)과 인도(4)를 구분 설치하게 되는데 흙 속에 매설되는 타측부와는 달리 일측 전면부는 상기와 같은 색조층(2)이 피막, 코팅되어 천연석과 흡사하게 보이므로 시공후 화단(3)의 천연적 자연미와 인공적 자연미가 함께 어루러져 경제적인 설비 비용으로도 외관상 보기가 좋을 뿐만 아니라 겨울철에 빗물등 수분의 침투를 차단하여 수분의 결빙에 의한 동파를 미연에 방지할 수 있어 사용수명이 보다 길어지고 화단 조경은 물론 일반 도로의 구획에도 쓰이기 때문에 다양하게 사용할 수 있으며 첨부도 3과 같이 인조석 블럭(1)의 색조층(2)을 세분화, 구획하므로서 제품의 다양성 또한 구비되는 것이다.An artificial stone block (1) partitioned on a boundary between a sidewalk and a roadway or a flower bed and a sidewalk with a predetermined size is formed by an artificial stone frame, and a limestone layer is formed of white silica mortar and colorant, and irregularities are formed by colored silica mortar.
