Description
The present invention relates to safety shoes, which are shoes worn in industrial sites, including construction sites, the structure of the safety shoe sole in the scaffolding (8) of the construction site (work on the steel pipe) of the existing overall flat structure (10) Not by using the structure (11) of the structure (11) with the bone maximized stability is to prevent fall as well as to ensure the stability of the work. In addition, the worker can safely move and work, and safety shoes (shoes) to improve safety and convenience so that not only the construction site scaffolding work, but also wear in other general industrial sites.
Conventional safety shoes have a statutory test after having a certain requirement, but the overall cross-section of the sole has a planar structure (10) and is designed to fit the general work. However, since the scaffold (pipe) has a circular cross-sectional structure (9), the existing safety shoes having a planar cross-sectional structure were relatively very unstable compared to that of the present invention having a cross-sectional structure of bone.
In addition, in general, the conventional safety shoes have a problem that the fall accident of the worker due to the sliding on the pipe having a circular cross section in the scaffolding (pipe) (8) of the construction site has a problem that occurs frequently. .
The present invention has been devised to solve the conventional problems as described above, the structure that can maintain a more stable state in the pipe 8 with a round cross section (Fig. 4-2), that is, the structure of the bone ( It has a sole structure with a trench structure, which improves worker's stability to prevent a fall and provides industrial development through improved work efficiency and productivity.
1 is a view showing a representative safety shoes made by the present invention
2 is a view for explaining the principle of the present invention
The present invention for achieving the above-mentioned object is a bone in the sole 1 of the safety shoes. In particular, for stability and at the same time, deepen the heel of the safety shoes (2), shallow the sole of the foot (4, 5, 6) (Figure 1), and use the boundary with the heel at the center. Form a goal (3). At this time, even at various contact angles of scaffolding and safety shoes, it has a structure of a valley having various center lines 2-6 for convenience of work. The important axis is axis 2, and the depth and size of the bone, radius and shape are added or subtracted from the shape and size of the scaffolding pipe, and the number of bones (2 ~ 6) is added or subtracted. For example, a preferred embodiment of the present invention is as shown in Figure 1 (Figure 1).
In the construction site scaffolding (8) work (working on steel pipes), the structure of the safety shoe sole is not the conventional flat structure (10) but of the structure (11) having a trench with maximized stability (1). By using), not only the fall prevention but also the stability of the work can be carried out and the worker can safely move and work on the scaffolding pipe (8). Since there is no difficulty, the worker's motivation to work and the industrial productivity can be maximized. It is a structure that adds stability on the scaffold by making a recessed depression throughout the sole of the safety shoe (horizontal direction (2)) (see Figures 3-1 and 3-2). Mainly make the 凹 part, but if necessary, make a bone (부분) in the front part and the center part of the foot for stability and increase the number of bones according to the axis (2 ~ 6) according to the position with the scaffolding pipe. And the size and radius or depth of the valleys can be varied, the reference is based on the radius of the scaffolding pipe. The principle of the present invention is to use the more stable principle of (Figure 4-2) than (Figure 4-1).
When working on a scaffold pipe at a construction site, when a safety shoe is worn with a conventional sole structure (see Figs. 2-1 and 2-2), a fall accident due to slipping takes up a considerable portion and is relatively unstable. The work done in 4-1) is characterized by the sole structure of the safety shoes to be suitable for scaffolding so that the scaffolding work can be carried out more stably (see Figures 3-1 and 3-2). There is utility of the design. In addition to the scaffolding work, it can be worn for general work, adding to the ease of use.
As described above, the safety shoes for scaffolding work of the present invention have a valley structure, which adds stability on a circular scaffold, prevents falling due to slippage, and adds work efficiency, and is inferior to general safety shoes. It is useful to improve industrial productivity by increasing worker's motivation to work.
