Abstract
본 고안은 알루미늄 창문의 단열장치에 관한 것으로서, 창문을 구성하는 사방레일과 프레임의 내외측부 사이에 단열재를 갖도록 하여 단열토록 함에 있어 하부레일이 갖는 호차를 통하여 외측부의 온도가 내측부로 전달되어 완전한 단열효과는 기대할 수 없었던 바, 본 고안은 하부레일(12)의 요입홈(20) 중 내측부(14)의 내벽에 갖는 걸림편(28)(30)사이에 하우징(24)의 일측 상하에 갖는 결합편(34) (36)이 결합고정되게 하고 상기 하우징(24)이 갖는 상하지지편(40)(42)을 통하여 호차(22)를 연결설치하여 호차(22)가 외측부(16)와 이격되게 하므로서 외측부 (16)의 온도가 호차(22)를 통하여 내측부(14)에 전달될 우려가 없어 완벽한 단열효과를 기대할 수가 있게 되는 것이다.The present invention relates to an insulation device for aluminum windows, and has a heat insulating material between the inner and outer sides of the frame constituting the window, so that the heat is transferred to the inner side through the door rail of the lower rail in the insulation so as to insulate completely.
