Abstract

본 고안은 치과병원 등에서 환자 진료시에 사용하는 카메라에 관한 것으로
환자의 치아상태 및 환자의 안면을 하나의 카메라로 촬영할 수 있는 장치에
관한 것이다. 보통 치과에서는 환자의 치아영상을 관찰하기 위한 치아촬
영용 구강카메라 외에 환자를 식별하기 위한 별도의 안면촬영용 카메라를
별도로 사용하고 있는 경우가 많다. 본 고안에서는 이러한 치아촬영과 안
면촬영을 한 개의 카메라로 가능토록하는 장치를 고안하여 사용의 편리성 및
카메라 구입비용의 절감을 도모코자 한다.

Description

치아 및 안면촬영이 가능한 치과용 카메라 {A dental video camera that a tooth and face filming are possible}
본 고안은 치아관찰을 위한 구강카메라와 환자의 안면촬영이 모두 가능한
치과용 카메라에 관한 것으로 기존의 경우에는 하나의 카메라에서 하나의
소형 전하결합소자(CCD)의 영상신호를 처리하기 위해 영상조작광학장치를
사용하고 있으며 구강카메라의 영상센서는 환자의 구강내로 삽입되는 카
메라의 끝부분에 위치한다. 또한 안면촬영이 필요한 경우에는 다른 별
도의 카메라를 구비하여 두 개를 번갈아 가면서 사용해오고 있다.
이에 따라 좁은 공간에서 두 대의 카메라를 설치하여 사용해야 하는 불편
함이 따르고 카메라의 구입 가격도 부담이 되고 있는 실정이다.
본 고안은 상기된 바와 같은 종래방식에서 하나의 카메라로 치아촬영용
카메라와 안면촬영용 카메라의 기능을 할 수 있는 카메라를 고안하여 사용의
편리성향상은 물론 카메라 도입비용의 절감을 도모코자 한다.

상기의 기술적 과제를 해결하기 위해 본 고안은 도1에 도시한 바와 같이
치아관촬을 위한 치아촬영용 렌즈(2), 치아촬영용 광학필터(3), 치아촬
영용 CCD소자(4)로 이루어진 치아영상광학부분과 안면촬영을 위한 안면
촬영용 렌즈(5), 안면촬영용 광학필터(6), 안면촬영용 CCD소자(7)로 이
루어진 안면영상광학부분 그리고 치아촬영과 안면촬영을 선택할 수 있는
절환스위치(8), CCD소자의 출력신호를 처리하는 CCD 신호처리부 등으로
구성되어 있다.
첨부된 도면2는 본 고안의 스위칭 회로 구성도로서 안면촬영과 치아촬
영을 선택할 수 있는 절환스위치(8)와 여기에서 선택된 CCD의 출력신호를
받아서 전처리하는 CDS/AGC 회로(11), DSP회로(13), DSP를 구동하기 위한
프로그램이 저장된 EEPROM(12), 출력신호를 조절하기 위한 EVR 회로(15),
출력신호의 휘도 및 색상을 조정하는 Y/C Mix 회로(16), CDS/AGC회로(15)
와 CCD소자의 구동에 필요한 클럭 펄스를 제공하는 TG(14) 회로 등으로
구성되어 있다.
본 실시예에 따르면 치아촬영에 필요한 치아촬영렌즈는 카메라의 끝부
분에 위치하여 구강내부 안쪽까지 촬영을 가능하게 하고 주변에 LED조명을
Light로 사용한다. 안면 촬영의 경우에는 환자와의 일정거리를 두고
촬영하는 관계로 외부조명을 사용하기 때문에 별도의 조명이 필요없게
된다.
이때 절환스위치(8) 부분은 단순히 기계적인 접점스위치만을 사용할 수도
있고 외부 노이즈 등에 강한 회로를 구성하기 위해 기계적인 접점 스위치
외에 추가로 반도체 소자를 이용한 스위칭 회로를 추가할 수도 있다.
치과병원 등에서 치아촬영 외에 안면촬영이 필요한 경우에 치아촬용 카
메라 외에 추가의 카메라를 설치할 필요없이 본 고안에서 제시한 치과용
카메라를 사용하면 가능하다.

  1. 하나의 카메라에 치아촬영을 위한 렌즈 및 CCD소자와 안면촬영을 위한
    렌즈 및 CCD소자를 내장하여 치아촬영과 안면촬영이 가능한 치과용 카메라
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 두개의 CCD소자 출력을 하나의 CCD 신호처리부에
    연결해서 영상신호처리를 가능케 하는 절환스위치를 가지고 있는 치과용 카
    메라
  3. 제 2항에 있어서, 절환스위치가 단순히 기계적인 스위치로 되어있는
    치과용 카메라
  4. 제 2항에 있어서, 절환스위치가 단순히 기계적인 스위치 외에 반도체
    소자를 이용한 스위칭회로를 가지고 있는 치과용 카메라
