본 고안을 만들기 위하여, 먼저 날계란 한개나 깬 다음, 원통형으로 된 성형틀에 넣어 계란을 삶는다. 이렇게 계란을 삶으면 원통형으로 된 성형틀의 모양에 따라 계란이 원통형의 모양으로 삶겨진다. 이때 삶은 계란에 소스를 주입할 공간이 생성되도록, 원통형 성형틀에 돌출부를 형성할 수도 있다. 삶은 계란 내부에 돌출부에 의해서 생성된 공간에, 마요네즈나 겨자 소스 같은 양념을 넣은 다음, 원통형 통조림 깡통에 넣어, 열처리 과정을 거쳐 통조림으로 만든다. 본 고안은 통조림은 일반적으로 원통형인데 반하여, 삶은 달걀은 타원형이기 때문에, 타원형 삶은 달걀을 원통형 통조림통에 넣으면 빈 공간이 많이 생기는 포장의 비효율성을 극복하고. 삶은 달걀 내부에 소스를 주입함으로서 계란을 보다 편리하고 맛있게 먹도록 하고, 또한 오래 보관하기 위하여 고안되었다.To make the present invention, first break one egg and then boil the egg in a cylindrical mold.
