Abstract
본 고안은 차음,방진성을 갖는 건축내장재에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 경질의 합성수지판재와 연질의 발포수지판재가 일체로 접착된 건축내장재에서 발포수지판재의 내부에 다수개의 구멍을 가진 중공부를 구성하여 그 중공부에 의해 소음 및 진동완충기능으로 차음및 방진기능을 크게 향상시킬수 있도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a building interior material having sound insulation and vibration resistance, and more specifically, to a building interior material in which a hard synthetic resin board material and a soft foamed resin board material are integrally bonded, a hollow part having a plurality of holes in the interior of the foamed resin board material. 본 고안의 건축내장재는 경질의 합성수지판재(10)와 연질의 발포수지판재(20)를 일체로 접착사용하되 합성수지판재(10)는 평활도가 좋은 경질의 폴리스티렌수지(PP수지)등을 사용하여 발포수지판재(20)를 평판상으로 유지시킬수 있게 하며, 발포수지판재(20)는 폴리에틸렌수지(PE수지), 교차결합형 폴리에틸렌수지(XPE수지), 폴리스티렌수지(PS수지)등을 사용하여 단열및 차음, 방진기능을 갖도록 한다.The building interior material of the present invention is used to integrally bond the hard synthetic resin board member 10 and the soft foamed resin plate member 20, but the synthetic resin plate member 10 is foamed using a soft polystyrene resin (PP resin) having good smoothness.
