Description
The present invention relates to a mold for manufacturing an aircraft part, and more particularly to a mold used for manufacturing a wing and a fuselage of an aircraft.
Parts that use a mold in an aircraft are the main wings, auxiliary wings, horizontal and vertical tail wings, and the aircraft fuselage. The mold used when these parts are made is shown in Figures 1 and 2, which have been used conventionally.
1 and 2, the mold for manufacturing an aircraft component is composed of an integral body 10. As shown in FIG. 2, the outer surface of the main body 10 has a predetermined pattern shape. The material 20 of the aircraft component to be made is mounted on the outer surface of the main body 10. According to the shape of the pattern formed on the outer surface of the main body 10, the shape of the predetermined pattern is formed on the inner surface of the component material 20 is inverted and embossed. When the material of the finished part is separated from the mold body 10, the desired part is made.
However, as shown in FIG. 2, if the shape of the predetermined pattern formed on the outer surface of the main body 10 is a stepped shape having a non-uniform height, it is difficult to separate the material 20 of the component from the mold main body 10. Therefore, the mold main body 10 is made of a soluble substance, gypsum, or the like and broken, thereby inevitably separating the raw material 10 of the component.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and relates to a mold for manufacturing an aircraft part improved in its structure to be used multiple times.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is characterized in that the main body has a coupling groove formed on the outer surface, and a predetermined pattern of a member to be molded is formed on the outer surface and has a separator detachably coupled to the groove of the main body.
Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings will be described an embodiment of a mold for manufacturing aircraft parts according to the present invention in detail. 3 or 5 is a view showing a mold for manufacturing an aircraft component according to the present invention.
Mold for manufacturing aircraft parts according to the present invention is a separator 111 formed on the outer surface of the main body 110, the groove 111 is formed on its outer surface, and the protrusion 121 detachably coupled to the groove 111 of the main body 110 ( 120).
The main body 110 of the mold is a rectangular parallelepiped, and grooves 111 are formed in each side in the longitudinal direction. As shown in FIG. 6, the groove 111 has an English letter 'T' shape that enters a predetermined depth toward the rectangular parallelepiped central axis and has a predetermined length on both sides. The groove 111 has a slide portion 111a that is flat to allow a sliding motion. The slide portion 111a is formed to extend outward and has a relatively narrow width, and includes a locking portion 111b serving as a locking jaw.
The protrusion 121 coupled to the groove 111 also has a 'T' shape like the shape of the groove, and is formed on the outer surface of each separator 120, and slides on the slide portion 111a of the main body 110. The locking protrusion 121b and the locking protrusion 121b are inserted to extend so that the width of the locking protrusion 121b is extended and the recess 121a is inserted into the locking protrusion 111b. Separator 120 having a protrusion 121 is also a rectangular parallelepiped, but one side in the longitudinal direction is formed with a protrusion 121, the other side in the opposite direction is formed with a pattern shape of the aircraft component to be made.
When the separator 120 is coupled to the main body 110, one end of the separator 120 is inserted in the longitudinal direction and the other side is pushed into the other side to be coupled to the whole body. In the combined state, the main body 110 and the separator 120 are not separated unless they are pushed in the longitudinal direction.
4 is a view showing a state where the material of the aircraft component is mounted on the outer surface of the mold. The material of the virtually drawn part is mounted on the outer surface of the separator 120, the shape of the pattern formed on the outer surface of the mold separator and the shape of the pattern formed inside the aircraft parts material is the shape of the intaglio and embossed, so the shape of the intaglio and embossed Consideration should be given to the pattern of the separator. When the material of the aircraft component mounted on the outer surface of the separator is hardened, the main body 110 is pushed out by pressing the main body in the longitudinal direction in the mold consisting of the separator 120 and the main body 110, as shown in FIG. 7. ) And the component material 130 mounted on the outer surface thereof. When the main body is separated, there is a space between the separators 120 so that one by one punch out to separate from the component material 130.
The above mold for manufacturing an aircraft part is accompanied with the following effects.
First, it can be used multiple times.
Since the mold for manufacturing an aircraft according to the present invention consists of a main body 110 and a separator 120 detachably coupled to the main body 110, the separator 120 in a state in which the main body 110 and the separator 120 are coupled to each other. After mounting and molding the material of the part to be molded on the outer surface of the), if a certain space is generated in a state in which the main body 110 is separated from the separator 120, the separator 120 is removed from the molded part using the space. Since there is no need to break the mold to separate the molded part from the mold after the part is molded, there is an advantage that it can be used semi-permanently.
Second, manufacturing costs are reduced compared to the prior art.
For the above reason, since the mold for manufacturing an aircraft part is a semi-permanent mold instead of a one-time mold, the mold may be repeatedly used several times, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to one embodiment shown in the drawings, this is merely exemplary, and those skilled in the art will understand that various modifications and equivalent other embodiments are possible therefrom. Therefore, the true technical protection scope of the present invention should be defined only by the appended claims.
