Abstract
The present invention is to provide an interlayer structure for blocking the interlayer noise and impact sound of a multi-storey building, conventionally based on a rubber, styropol or foam urethane, etc. Although the sound insulation layer has been formed by pouring concrete, they have the disadvantage that the sound insulation effect is less than expected although the construction cost is excessive. Therefore, the present invention replaces rubber, styropol or foam urethane filled in the sound insulating layer with expanded vermiculite, but installs honeycomb on the foundation floor to prevent the flow of expanded vermiculite, and then expands the vermiculite. Furthermore, by installing a protector on the surface filled with expanded vermiculite, the expanded vermiculite is not concentrated even when working on the surface filled with honeycomb and expanded vermiculite.
Description
The present invention relates to an interlayer structure for the blocking of inter-floor noise and impact sound in a multi-storey building.
In the past, rubber, styropol or foamed urethane were used as the base between the floor and the finishing concrete layer between layers, and lightweight foam concrete was poured on it to form a sound insulation layer. The construction cost was excessive, but the sound insulation effect was not as good as expected.
Therefore, the present invention is to replace the rubber or styropol or foam urethane filled in the sound insulating layer with expanded vermiculite, and to install the expanded honeycomb (Honeycomb) on the base floor to prevent the flow of the expanded vermiculite is filled and expanded vermiculite Furthermore, by installing a protector made of a mesh or the like on the surface portion filled with expanded vermiculite, the interlayer structure is provided so that the expanded vermiculite does not fall to one side even when working on the surface filled with honeycomb and expanded vermiculite. The present invention will be described by the accompanying drawings as follows.

In the present invention, the sound insulation layer 3 is formed between the foundation floor layer 1 and the finishing concrete layer 2 to form an interlayer structure for dividing each floor of a multi-storey building. It is characterized in that the honeycomb 31 and the expanded vermiculite layer (32) to be filled in the fraction space of the honeycomb 31 is formed on.
However, such a sound insulating layer 3 is formed by covering the surface portion, that is, the surface portion of the structural portion composed of the honeycomb 31 and the expanded vermiculite 32 by covering the protector 33 made of a mesh or the like. It is desirable to make the expanded vermiculite layer 32 not to be damaged even when working on the stomach. The protector 33 is preferably composed of a fiber woven mesh or a nonwoven fabric, but may be formed of a wire mesh, a synthetic resin mesh, or the like, and does not cover the material. However, the protector 33 is preferably coupled to the surface portion of the expanded vermiculite of the upper concrete mortar to slightly inhibit the fluidity of the expanded vermiculite layer 32, it is preferable to form it as a mesh.
In addition, according to the present invention, it is preferable to provide a lightweight foamed concrete layer 34 on the upper portion, as shown in the conventional interlayer structure, regardless of whether the protector 33 is installed. In addition to absorbing the impact, the lightweight foamed concrete layer 34 has a sound insulation effect. Therefore, it is preferable to configure the lightweight foamed concrete layer 34 as a part of the sound insulation layer 3.
The present invention has a particular advantage in the simplicity of construction above all. In addition, in the conventional installation of the sound insulation layer is difficult to install the corner portion that meets the wall, so that the transmission of noise and vibration through the wall is difficult. Although the cursor sound insulation effect may be reduced, when constructing the structure of the present invention, the construction at the corner portion as well as the corner portion is easy, so that the expected sound insulation effect can be obtained as it is.
In addition, the present invention is a natural mineral vermiculite as the main subject does not cause harm to the human body, there is an advantage that is beneficial to the human body by generating far infrared rays.
In particular, the present invention, the majority of the sound insulating layer (3) is made of expanded vermiculite layer 32, the expanded vermiculite is lightweight and has a lot of bubble layers, the heat transfer and noise transfer effect is extremely low, interlayer sound insulation and The thermal barrier effect is excellent, and therefore, the present invention will eventually be referred to as the honeycomb 31, which connects the foundation floor layer 1 and the finished concrete layer 2, so that the structure of the present invention is characterized by The effect of blocking transmission is excellent.
