Claims (4)
- 음이온 방전전극과 양이온 방전전극을 같이 사용하여 대기의 음이온화 혹은 양이온화시켜 상승기류 혹은 하강기류를 형성하거나 서로 반대 방향으로 작용하는 2개 이상의 상승 및 하강기류를 형성하여 해당 지역의 기상을 조절하는 능동 기상조절방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 일정한 지역에서 지면쪽에 설치되어 음이온을 발진시키므로 상승기류를 형성하는 음이온방전전극과 일정한 높이 이상의 고도에 설치되어 양이온을 발진시키므로 하강기류를 형성하는 양이온방전전극과, 상기 음이온 및 양이온방전전극에서 이온이 발생되게 하는 이온제너레이터를 포함한 능동 기상조절시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 이온제너레이터는 음이온방전전극에서 음이온이 발생되게 하는 음이온제너레이터와, 양이온방전전극에서 양이온이 발생되게 하는 양이온제너레이터를 포함하여 구성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 능동 기상조절시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 음이온방전전극 및 양이온방전전극은 한정된 지역의 경계선에 접하여 적어도 2 혹은 그 이상의 수로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 능동 기상조절시스템.
