Description

씰링 캡{SEALING CAP}Sealing cap {SEALING CAP}

The present invention relates to a sealing cap, specifically, one side is closed and the other side is formed to have an outer diameter at least larger than the volume of the outer protrusion of the fastener to seal the dome of the fastener, and after the sealant contained therein is hardened It relates to a sealing cap that is smoothly processed on the inside to be separated.

In general, power and non-powered mechanical structures are coupled and fixed by various fasteners, among which fasteners using bolts and nuts are a kind of separable fasteners, which are widely used in various fields due to their convenience.

Especially in the aircraft field, a detachable fastener using a bolt and a nut is used in various places of the aircraft structure, and among them, it is also important for the combination of the aircraft structure and the skin covering the aircraft structure.

The fastener using the conventional bolt 10 and the nut 20 is finally bonded to the surface of the metal joint surface using a liquid packing such as the sealant 30, as shown in FIG. Dome seals to be painted are performed, especially in the aircraft, the bolts 10 and the nut 20 in the fuel tank is applied to the dome seal to play an important role in preventing fuel leakage .

However, since each part of the aircraft structure has a very small space for work, it is very difficult for the operator to apply the sealant 30 manually by hand, and in particular, the space inside the fuel tank of the aircraft is more narrow, so that the sealant (30) ) Is difficult to apply.

As a result, due to such a problem, the sealant 30 may not be uniformly applied, and the excessive amount of the sealant 30 may be applied too much, too little, or very dirty.

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, an object of the present invention is to be able to control the sealant to be applied to the fastener in a certain form and amount.

Another object of the present invention is to reduce the amount of sealant, which occupies a significant proportion of the entire aircraft, thereby reducing the load on the entire aircraft.

Another object of the present invention will be described in more detail in the configuration and operation to be described later.
