Description
본 발명은 수막용 비닐지 구조와 제조 방법에 관한 것으로써, 수막필름을 비닐하우스 구조물에 부착설치 하여 상단에서 비닐지 사이에 물을 분사하여 사용할때 적은 유량으로도 수막율을 최대한(100%) 높임과 동시에 완만한 경사지나 수직에서도 같은 유속을 얻음으로써 사용되는 물의 수온으로 외부의 냉온을 완전 차단하는 효과가 있다. 기존의 수막은 하우스 활대 이중 구조물에 비닐을 장착후 외피 구조물에 분사호스를 설치하여 내피 비닐에 물을 분사하여 사용하며 하우스 구조상 수막율은 30%내이므로 효과가 적을 뿐 아니라 내피면 비닐 상단에 미세하게 물을 살수하여 수막율을 높인다 하더라도 공간과 공간사이가 있기 때문에 열 교환이 쉽게 되므로 차단 효과가 적을 수밖에 없다. 이유는 외기 기온이 영하 15 ℃일 때 비닐한겹의 보온온도는 1 ℃일 때 내측 이중지 공간은 영하 14 ℃가 되므로 영하 14 ℃상에 물이 분사되면 상단측 구조물에 즉시 고드름이 생기고 하단 비닐지에 상온의 수온이 살포되어도 면적당 수막율이 낮으므로 내측온도 열 교환이 급속히 이루어지므로 저온일수록 효과가 적어진다.The present invention relates to a plastic film structure and a manufacturing method for water film, the water film film is attached to the vinyl house structure by spraying water between the plastic paper from the top when using the water film ratio at maximum (100%) even at a small flow rate At the same time, it obtains the same flow rate even on a gentle slope or vertically, and it is effective to completely block external cold and cold water temperature.
