PURPOSE: An anti-icing PVC(Positive Crankcase Ventilation) valve is provided to prevent a bad effect of an engine circulation system by quickly melting air frozen in the PVC valve, using the temperature of an engine oil. CONSTITUTION: An anti-icing PVC valve comprises a valve body(7) forming a passage, through which blow-by gas passes, between a cover connected to a crankcase through a hose and a body(4) connected to a surge tank through a hose. An oil-receiving flange(5a) is formed to the cover, to cover the valve body portion and the valve body is heated by inflow and outflow of an engine oil. The oil-receiving flange has an oil inflow hole(5c) to which a line is connected for inflow of the engine oil; an oil circulation groove(5b) formed along the receiving range of the valve body to heat the valve body by the oil flowing in through the oil inflow hole; and an oil discharge hole(5d) formed to the opposite portion of the oil inflow hole to return the engine oil.
