Description
본 발명은 각종 산업시설에서 배출되는 분진 등 입자상 오염물질을 포집하기위해 사용하는 백필터 여과집진장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 백필터에 포집된 분진이 탈진될 때 탈진된 분진 덩어리가 재비산 된 후 백필터에 재부착되는 것을 방지하여 백필터에서의 분진 부하를 줄이는 백필터 여과집진 장치에 관한 것이다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. 도 1은 기존 집진장치중 백필터와 탈진장치를 구비한 일명 백하우스라고 불리우는 백필터 여과집진장치로서 도면을 참조하여 종래기술을 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 하측 유입구(1)에서 들어오는 분진을 함유한 유입공기가 상부의 백필터(3)를 거치면서 분진은 백필터(3) 표면에 포집되고 제진된 공기는 백필터를 통과하여 상부 출구(2)를 통해 배출되는 이러한 백필터 여과집진장치는 높은 집진효율을 가지고 있지만, 여과조작이 진행됨에 따라 여과포에 포집되는 분진층이 두꺼워지면서 압력손실이 증가하기 때문에 주기적인 탈진조작으로 백필터 표면에 있는 분진을 털어내야 한다. 탈진조작은 주로 압축탱크(8)와 블로우파이프(6)와 노즐(7)로 구성되는 압축공기를 이용한 탈진장치를 사용하는데, 노즐(7)을 통해 백필터 내부에 강한 에너지를 지닌 압축공기를 분사하여 백필터(3) 표면에 부착된 분진을 털어내 압력손실을 줄이는데, 탈진이 잘 안되는 경우 탈진을 위해 분사되는 압축공기의 압력을 높이거나 압축공기의 분사주기를 짧게하여 운용한다. 하지만 과도한 탈진압력과 잦은 분사횟수는 백필터(3)를 파손시켜 수명을 단축시키는 요인이 되고, 백필터(3)세공을 넓혀 분진입자가 통과되어 집진 효율을 저하시키는 문제점이 있다.1 is a bag filter filter dust collector, also known as a baghouse, which is provided with a bag filter and a dust collector of an existing dust collector, and looks at the prior art with reference to the drawings. 백필터 여과집진장치에서 탈진조작이 잘 안되는 주된 이유는 백필터 내로 분사된 압축공기에 의해서 백필터(3) 표면으로부터 분리된 분진 덩어리(dust cake)가 중력에 의해 하부로 떨어지다가 하측 유입구(1)에서 들어오는 상향기류에 휩쓸려서 재비산 된 후 백필터(3)에 재부착되기 때문이다. 이러한 문제점 때문에 최근에는 온라인(on-line)탈진이 아닌 오프라인(off-line) 탈진방법을 주로 이용하는데 이것은 백필터 여과집진장치의 가동을 중지시켜 놓고 탈진조작을 수행하는 방법으로 상향기류가 없기 때문에 탈진효율은 매우 높으나 산업체 특성상 탈진할때마다 상기 장치의 가동을 중지해 놓을 수 없는 현실 때문에 초기에 백필터 여과집진장치를 설치할 때 탈진을 위해 여유분의 상기 장치를 추가로 더 설치하여 추가된 여유분 만큼 상기 장치를 정지시켜 놓고 탈진을 실시하여 전체 가동량을 일정하게 유지시키고 있지만 이 경우 상기 장치의 추가설치로 백필터 여과집진장치의 전체 설치비용이 약 30%이상 더 소요되는 문제점이 있다.The main reason why the dust filter is not easily operated in the bag filter bag is the dust cake separated from the surface of the bag filter 3 by the compressed air injected into the bag filter.
