Abstract

본 발명은 디지털 티브이에 관한 것으로, 특히 디지털 티브이의 주부전환이 없이도 TV 부화면의 오디오 데이터를 블루투스 기능이 내장된 헤드셋을 통해서 무선으로 청취하게 하는 디지털 티브이의 PIP 오디오 청취 장치에 관한 것이다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 따른 디지털 티브이의 PIP 오디오 청취 장치는 하나 이상의 방송 신호를 수신하는 디지털 티브이에 있어서, 제 1 채널을 통하여 입력되는 오디오 및 비디오 신호를 처리하여 출력하는 메인 채널 처리부와, 제 2 채널을 통하여 입력되는 오디오 신호를 처리하여 블루투스 모듈로 출력하는 서브 채널 처리부와, 상기 서브 채널 처리부에서 출력된 오디오 신호를 RF 신호로 무선 변조하여 수신하는 헤드셋으로 구성된다.

Description

디지털 티브이의 ＰＩＰ 오디오 청취장치{PIP audio listening apparatus for DTV}
본 발명은 디지털 티브이에 관한 것으로, 특히 디지털 티브이의 주부전환이 없이도 TV 부화면의 오디오 데이터를 블루투스 기능이 내장된 헤드셋을 통해서 무선으로 청취하게 하는 디지털 티브이의 PIP 오디오 청취 장치에 관한 것이다.
현재 디지털 티브이 수신기에서는 PIP 등의 부화면이 지원될 때에 시청자는 오직 주화면의 오디오만을 청취할 수 있고, 부화면의 내용은 들을 수가 없다.
따라서, 부화면의 오디오를 청취하기 위해서는 주부 전환을 통해 부화면을 주화면으로 바꾸어 주어야만, 이전 부화면의 오디오를 현재의 주화면으로 청취할 수 있는 번거로움이 있다. .
따라서, 본 발명의 목적은 이상에서 언급한 종래 기술의 문제점을 감안하여 안출한 것으로서, 디지털 티브이 사용자가 부화면을 주화면과 동시에 시청할 때, 디지털 티브이에 내장된 블루투스를 이용하여 부화면 청취 기능을 제공하는 디지털 티브이의 PIP 오디오 청취장치를 제공하기 위한 것이다.

이상과 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 일 특징에 따르면, 하나 이상의 방송 신호를 수신하는 디지털 티브이에 있어서, 제 1 채널을 통하여 입력되는 오디오 및 비디오 신호를 처리하여 출력하는 메인 채널 처리부와, 제 2 채널을 통하여 입력되는 오디오 신호를 처리하여 블루투스 모듈로 출력하는 서브 채널 처리부와, 상기 서브 채널 처리부에서 출력된 오디오 신호를 RF 신호로 무선 변조하여 수신하는 헤드셋으로 구성된다.
이하 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시 예에 따른 구성 및 작용을 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 설명한다.
먼저, 참고로 블루투스는 가정이나 사무실 내에 있는 컴퓨터, 프린터, 휴대폰, PDA 등 정보통신기기는 물론 각종 디지털 가전제품을 물리적인 케이블 접속 없이 무선으로 연결해 주는 근거리 무선 네트워킹 기술 규격이다.
근거리에서 디지털 기기들 간의 무선 연결에 관한 전송속도, 전송거리, 모듈크기 등의 표준을 제공하는 명세이며, 이를 지원하는 기술 규격이다.
블루투스는 2.4GHz의 ISM(industrial Scientific Medical) 대역의 라디오 주파수를 사용함으로써 장애물이 있을 경우에도 무선데이터 통신이 가능하며 최대 전송속도는 1Mbps다.
그리고, 전송거리는 초기에 10m 반경이었지만 개방된 장소에서 100m 까지 도달하는 기술도 곧 등장할 전망이다.
블루투스를 활용하면 무선 키보드로 작업한 후, 프린터에 무선으로 데이터를 보내 출력할 수 있으며, 소파에 앉아서 인터넷 검색을 하고 전자우편을 보내고 받을 수도 있으며, 휴대형 정보기기를 가방이나 주머니에 넣은 채 다른 정보기기와도 통신할 수 있다.
도 1은 본 발명에 따른 디지털 티브이의 PIP 오디오 청취 장치를 나타내는디지털 티브이 구성도이다.
도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 디지털 티브이의 PIP 오디오 청취 장치는 디지털 방송 신호를 수신받은 메인 튜너부(10)와, 서브 튜너뷰(11)와, 이 튜너부(10, 11)에 수신된 디지털 방송 신호를 채널마다 디코딩하는 채널 디코딩부(12)와, 그리고 채널 디코딩부(12)에서 각각의 채널에 따른 복합 신호를 분리하는 디멀티플렉서(13)와, 이 디멀티플렉서(13)를 통해 분리된 비디오 신호를 비디오 디코딩하는 비디오 디코딩부(14)와, 비디오 신호를 임시 저장하는 버퍼 메모리부(15)와, 그리고 오디오 신호를 디코딩하는 오디오 디코딩부(16)와 오디오 신호를 임시 저장하는 버퍼 메모리부(17)로 구성된다.
그리고, 상기 디코딩 된 비디오 신호를 NTSC/PAL 인코더(18)에서 인코딩하여 디지털 알지비(R/G/B) 신호와, 휘도/색차(Y/C) 신호와, 복합 영상신호(CVBS)로 출력되고, 상기 오디오 디코딩부(16)에서 디코딩 된, 주화면의 오디오 신호를 오디오 DAC(19)로 출력하고, 부화면의 오디오 신호를 처리하는 블루투스 모듈(20)과 시스템 메모리부(21)와 마이컴(22)으로 구성된다.
도 2는 도 1에 따른 디지털 티브이의 PIP 오디오 청취 장치의 제 1 실시예이다.
도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 블루투스가 내장된 디지털 티브이의 부화면에서 나오는 오디오 청취를 위한 블루투스가 내장된 헤드셋과의 동작을 보여주는 구성도로, 블루투스를 적용한 디지털 티브이와 헤드셋 간의 오디오 데이터 정보전달을, 상기 디지털 티브이의 PIP 작은 창에서 나오는 오디오 데이터를 헤드셋으로 전송하여, 디지털 티브이 부화면 창의 내용을 쉽게 확인 가능하다.
도 3은 도 1에 따른 디지털 티브이의 PIP 오디오 청취 장치의 제 2 실시예이다.
도 3을 참조하면, 화상통화가 되는 블루투스가 내장된 디지털 티브이의 부화면에서 나오는 통화내용을 블루투스가 내장된 헤드셋을 이용하여 듣는데, 화상 통화시 PIP의 작은 창을 화상 통화 창으로 활용할 수 있으며, 티브이 시청 방해 없이 블루투스 헤드셋으로 상대방과 통화 할 수 있다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 디지털 티브이와 헤드셋에 구현될 블루투스 프로토콜 스택 구성도이다.
도 4를 참조하면, 헤드셋에서 모뎀 컨트롤 신호와 AT 커맨드(commands) RECOMM을 통해 디지털 티브이로 전송하면, 디지털 티브이는 그 신호에 응답하고 SCO 채널을 열어 오디오 데이터를 헤드셋으로 전송하게 된다.
이때부터, 디지털 티브이의 오디오를 헤드셋을 통해 들을 수 있다.
도 5는 도 4에 따른 스택을 통해 디지털 티브이와 헤드셋간의 오디오 청취를 위한 동작 구성도이다.
도 5를 참조하면, 디지털 티브이의 전원을 켜면, 주변에 있는 블루투스 장비를 찾아, 찾은 블루투스 장치들에 대한 정보가 가지고, 디지털 티브이에서 PIP를 온하면 주변의 블루투스가 지원되는 헤드셋을 찾아 디지털 티브이와 헤드셋간의 물리적 계층의 연결을 완성한다.
그리고, 헤드셋에 부착된 LED가 깜박거림으로 이러한 사실을 알려 준다.
이때, 헤드셋에 부착된 버튼을 누름으로 디지털 티브이와 연결할 준비가 되었음을 디지털 티브이에 알려준다.
그리고 연결 파라미터를 설정하기 위해 헤드셋에서 디지털 AT 커맨드(command)를 보낸다.
최종적으로 두 기기 간의 설정이 완료되면, 실제적으로 오디오 데이터를 보낼 SCO 채널을 열고 디지털 티브이에서 오디오 데이터를 헤드셋으로 무선으로 전송하게 된다.
이상의 설명에서와 같이 본 발명은 디지털 티브이 사용자가 PIP 등의 부화면을 주화면과 동시에 시청할 때, 디지털 티브이에 내장된 블루투스를 이용하여 부화면 청취 기능을 제공함으로 주화면을 보는 사용자뿐만 아니라, 부화면을 보는 사용자에게도 화면의 내용을 쉽게 이해할 수 있다.
그리고, 블루투스를 이용한 디지털 티브이 부화면의 오디오 청취기능을 제공하므로 디지털 티브이의 품질을 높이는 효과가 있다.
이상 설명한 내용을 통해 당업자라면 본 발명의 기술 사상을 일탈하지 아니하는 범위에서 다양한 변경 및 수정이 가능함을 알 수 있을 것이다.
따라서, 본 발명의 기술적 범위는 실시예에 기재된 내용으로 한정하는 것이 아니라 특허 청구 범위에 의해서 정해져야 한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 하나 이상의 방송 신호를 수신하는 디지털 티브이에 있어서.
    제 1 채널을 통하여 입력되는 오디오 및 비디오 신호를 처리하여 출력하는 메인 채널 처리부와;
    제 2 채널을 통하여 입력되는 오디오 신호를 처리하여 블루투스 모듈로 출력하는 서브 채널 처리부와;
    상기 서브 채널 처리부에서 출력된 오디오 신호를 RF 신호로 무선 변조하여 수신하는 헤드셋을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 티브이의 PIP 오디오 청취 장치.
