CONSTITUTION: A device for lapping inner and outer gasket surfaces is composed of a shaft(10) being a principal axis, front and rear lapping plates(31,32) installed to the shaft with being separated at a regular distance and elastically supported by a spring(17) which is an elasticity restoring device, a body connected between the front and rear lapping plates and combined to the shaft to rotate, and a handle(40) combined to an end of the shaft to rotate the front and rear lapping plates.
