Abstract

PURPOSE: Provided is a tread pricking equipment which automatically implements pricking work for short time so that it contributes to raise productivity, with reducing inferior rate. CONSTITUTION: In a tread winder which winds a tread(1) at a winding drum through a pricking part(3) along a transfer conveyer(2), the tread pricking equipment comprises the parts of: a working sheet(6) which is connected to an elevating cylinder(5), which is placed at an upper stand to prick the tread transferred along the transfer conveyer; a linear guide axis(8) which is connected to the working sheet to connect shock absorbing pins(11) and a spacer(10) with plural pricking pins(9); and a grip sheet(12) which is placed at freedom end of the shock absorbing springs.
