Abstract
Description
Claims (34)
- 작업면을 지닌 보디로 이루어지며, 상기 작업면으로부터 원거리에 있는 보디의 제 1 용적이 촉매 물질을 포함하고, 작업면에 인접한 보디의 제 2 용적이 대체로 촉매 물질이 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 PCD 요소.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 보디는 다수의 부분 결합형 다이아몬드 크리스탈과 틈새 매트릭스로 이루어지며, 제 1 용적내에 위치된 틈새 매트릭스의 부분은 촉매 물질을 포함하고, 제 2 용적내에 위치된 틈새 매트릭스의 부분은 대체로 촉매 물질이 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 PCD 요소.
- 제 1 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 제 2 용적은 작업면으로부터 적어도 약 0.1mm의 깊이까지 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PCD 요소.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 제 2 용적은 작업면으로부터 약 0.2mm와 0.3mm사이의 깊이까지 연자아는 것을 특징으로 하는 PCD 요소.
- 상기 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 보디의 제 2 용적은 보디내의 어떤 곳보다도 더 높은 다이아몬드 밀도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 PCD 요소.
- 상기 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 보디의 제 2 용적내에 위치된 다수의 다이아몬드 크리스탈들은 대체로 촉매 물질이 없는 표면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 PCD 요소.
- 제 1 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 보디의 제 2 용적에 남아있는 다수의 촉매 물질은 다이아몬드 크리스탈의 표면에 부착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PCD 요소.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 제 1 용적으로부터 원거리에 있는 제 2 용적의 다이아몬드 크리스탈들은 제 1 용적에 인접한 제 2 용적의 다이아몬드 크리스탈들보다도 그 표면에 부착하는 촉매 물질을 더 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 PCD 요소.
- 상기 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 보디의 제 2 용적내에서 촉매 물질의 양은 제 1 용적으로부터의 거리에 따라 연속적으로 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PCD 요소.
- 상기 항중 어는 한 항에 있어서, 상기 보디의 제 2 용적내에서 촉매 물질의 양은 제 1 용적으로부터 거리를 증가시킴에 따라 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PCD 요소.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 제 2 용적내에서 촉매 물질의 양은 단계적으로 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PCD 요소.
- 상기 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 페이싱 테이블과 절면면을 갖는 프리포옴 절삭 요소롤 포함하며, 작업면은 상기 절삭면의 일부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PCD 요소.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 절삭 요소는 고정 커터형 로터리 드릴 비트의 절삭면에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 PCD 요소.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 절삭 요소는 롤링 커터형 드릴 비트의 보디에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 PCD 요소.
- 제 1 내지 제 11 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기계 작동시 절삭 삽입부재로서 사용하기 위해 개조된 절삭면을 지닌 절삭 요소를 포함하며, 상기 작업면은 절삭면의 일부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PCD 요소.
- 제 1 내지 제 11 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 인출 다이를 포함하며, 상기 작업면은 상기 인출 다이 접촉면의 일부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PCD 요소.
- 제 1 내지 제 11 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 히트 싱크를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PCD 요소.
- 제 1 내지 제 11 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 밸브면, 인덴터, 툴 심축, 및 측정 디바이스용 마멸 요소를 포함하는 그룹으로부터 선택된 디바이스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PCD 요소.
- 상기 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 보디는 덜 경화한 물질의 기재에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 PCD 요소.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 상기 덜 경화한 물질은 굳어진 텅스텐 카바이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 PCD 요소.
- 대체로 촉매 물질이 없는 제 2 용적을 만들도록 촉매 물질을 포함하는 보디를 처리하는 동안 촉매 물질이 보디의 제 1 용적에 남도록 허용하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PCD 요소의 제조 방법.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 제 2 용적은 촉매 물질을 제 2 용적으로부터 용탈시킴으로써 대체로 촉매 물질이 없도록 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 제 2 용적은 제 2 용적의 촉매 물질을 촉매 효과를 갖지 않는 형태로 변환시킴으로써 대체로 촉매 물질이 없도록 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 제 2 용적은 상기 촉매 물질을 촉매 효과를 갖지 않는 물질로 형성하도록 반응시킴으로써 대체로 촉매 물질이 없도록 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 제 2 용적은 전기 방전에 의해 대체로 촉매 물질이 없도록 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 제 2 용적은 갈바니 프로세스를 사용하여 대체로 촉매 물질이 없도록 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 제 2 용적은 증발 프로세스를 사용하여 대체로 촉매 물질이 없도록 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 다수의 부분 결합형 초경질 크리스탈, 상기 초경질 크리스탈간의 다수의 틈새 영역과 촉매 물질을 갖는 초경질 다결정 물질의 페이싱 테이블로 이루어지며, 상기 페이싱 테이블은 절삭면과 보디를 구비하고, 상기 절삭면의 적어도 일부분에인접한 틈새 영역들은 대체로 촉매 물질이 없으며 나머지 틈새 영역들은 촉매 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리포옴 절삭 요소.
- 다수의 부분 결합형 다이아몬드 크리스탈, 촉매 물질, 틈새 매트릭스, 및 작업면을 갖는 보디로 이루어지며, 상기 작업면에 인접한 보디의 틈새 매트릭스는 대체로 촉매 물질이 없으며, 나머지 틈새 매트릭스는 촉매 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 요소.
- 촉매 물질, 틈새 매트릭스, 및 작업면을 갖는 보디로 이루어지며, 상기 작업면에 인접한 보디의 틈새 매트릭스는 대체로 촉매 물질이 없으며, 나머지 틈새 매트릭스는 촉매 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PCD 요소.
- 다수의 초경질 크리스탈, 촉매 물질, 및 작업면을 갖는 보디로 이루어지며, 상기 작업면으로부터 적어도 0.1mm 깊이내에서 보디의 대다수 크리스탈은 촉매 물질이 대체로 없는 표면을 가지며, 나머지 크리스탈들은 촉매 물질과 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PCD 요소.
- 다수의 부분 결합형 다이아몬드 크리스탈, 촉매 물질, 및 작업면을 갖는 보디로 이루어지며, 상기 작업면에 인접한 보디의 용적은 상기 보디의 어떤 곳보다도 대체로 높은 다이아몬드 밀도를 가지며, 그 용적은 대체로 촉매 물질이 없는 것을특징으로 하는 요소.
