Claims (1)
- 중량%로, C: 0.60∼0.80%, Si:0.01∼0.30%, Mn:0.30∼1.00%, P:0.02%이하, S:0.02%이하, 잔부는 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물로 조성되는 빌렛(Billet)을 선재압연한 후 수냉장치에 의해 830∼880℃의 온도범위까지 냉각하여 권취하는 단계;상기 귄취된 선재코일을 650℃까지 그 센터(center)부를 5~10℃/sec, 에지(edge)부를 20~30℃/sec의 냉각속도로 1단계 냉각제어하는 단계; 및상기 냉각된 선재코일을 550℃까지 그 센터(center)부를 10~15℃/sec, 에지(edge)부를 15~20℃/sec의 냉각속도로 냉각제어한 후, 상온까지 공냉하는 단계;를 포함하는 폭방향 인장강도가 균일하고 신선가공성이 우수한 고탄소강선재의 제조방법
