Description

확장형 제품의 업그레이드 유도 방법{METHOD FOR INDUCING UPGRADING OF AN EXPANDABLE PRODUCT}
전자식 및 컴퓨터 시스템을 이용하는 운영자들은 모든 여러 다른 버전 사이의 호환성 관리와 제품의 업데이트라는 문제에 봉착한다. 이 문제는 이 제품들의 수가 매우 많아지고 광범위하게 분배됨에 따라 매우 중요하다.

이를 위해, 운영자는 이전 제품 대신에 이 새 제품을 이용하라는 안내장과 함께 이 새 제품 세대를 사용자에게 보낸다.
운영자가 지불 서비스를 제시할 때, 구제품과의 모든 호환성을 억제하는 신제품 이용을 부여하는 것은 매우 어렵다. 이는 기술적 특성에 관심을 거의 느끼지 못하는 고객들에게 불만족을 일으킨다.
