Abstract

PURPOSE: An improved sewage sludge scraper is provided which smoothly scrapes sludge by modifying the sludge scraper for collecting solids (sludge) precipitated on initial sedimentation basin, final sedimentation basin and thickening tank into the center of them during sewage disposal process of sewage terminal disposal plant. CONSTITUTION: The improved sewage sludge scraper comprises an improved sludge scraper part comprising a rubber part(1) contacted with concrete surface, a stainless steel flat bar(3) the upper part of which is formed of rubber and rivetted to a stainless steel plate, a guide plate(2) fabricated of stainless steel plate to vertically move the stainless steel flat bar(3), a stainless steel rectangular pipe having dimensions of 55x25x25/2t(4) welded to both ends of the guide plate(2), and a stainless steel rectangular pipe having dimensions of 1900x25x20/2t(5) welded to the stainless steel rectangular pipe having dimensions of 55x25x25/2t(4), wherein the improved sludge scraper part is welded to an existing sludge facility, three lower spots of the stainless steel flat bar(3) and three central spots of the guide plate(2) are connected by springs, and the stainless steel flat bar(3) and guide plate(2) connected by springs are vertically movable to improve close adhering property between the rubber part and the bottom surface of sedimentation basin.
