Abstract

PURPOSE: A method of preparing a cosmetic composition containing fluoride oil is provided to make emulsified material with uniform and minute low viscosity particles by passing the material through a high pressure homogenizer one or more times without introducing any fluorine-based or non-ionic emulsifier. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains 0.001-5.0 wt.% of fluoride oil, 5.0-40.0 wt.% of one or more components of common oils and silicon oil, and 5.0-60.0 wt.% of polyhydric alcohol and water part. In order to prepare the cosmetic composition, the contents are first mixed using a common stirrer, and then pass a high pressure homogenizer under the atmospheric pressure of 200-900 one or more times. The fluoride oil is perfluoro polyether phosphate. The average particle size of the composition is 200-500 nanometer, and the viscosity thereof is like the water or 2000cps or less.
