Description

Manufacturing method for making non-woven fabric of dual structure}Manufacturing method for making non-woven fabric of dual structure

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a nonwoven fabric, and more particularly, two felts having different characteristics are bonded to each other by needle punching, and the low density layer by impregnating the combined felt in hot water. And a nonwoven fabric manufacturing method having a double structure for simultaneously forming a high density layer.

In general, nonwoven fabrics entangle various fiber materials such as natural, chemical, glass, etc. without a certain orientation to each other to form a sheet-shaped web, and then combine and stabilize them by chemical or physical methods. Manufactured like paper or cloth, it is widely used depending on the purpose of use in industrial sites and living areas.

Recently, the nonwoven fabric used for artificial leather is widely used as a material for various bags, balls, shoes, etc. In particular, the nonwoven fabric used for shoes has a high density layer made of a fabric having a cushion in a low density layer formed of a single structure nonwoven fabric. Combined double fabric is widely used.

However, since the nonwoven fabric of the double structure used for the shoe has a low bonding strength between the low density and the high density layer and undergoes a separate bonding process, the production process is complicated, and takes a long time, due to waste of raw materials due to unnecessary production process. There is a problem that the production cost rises.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object thereof is to combine two felts having different characteristics with needle punching, and to impregnate the above-described felts with hot water to form a low density layer and a high density layer. By forming at the same time, the manufacturing process for producing a non-woven fabric having a high elasticity and light weight double structure is shortened, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.

Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

1 is a flow chart illustrating a nonwoven fabric manufacturing method having a double structure according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to Figure 1, the nonwoven fabric manufacturing process having a double structure of the present invention is subjected to the first, secondary felt processing (T1, T2) → bonding (U) → impregnation (P) → drying (D) Detailed description of each process is as follows.

(T1, T2)Primary and Secondary Felt Processing (T1, T2)

The primary felt (T1) and the secondary felt (T2) are separated and formed at the same time. The primary felt (T1) is a first mixing process (M1) for uniformly mixing common fibers such as polyester and nylon. And a first carding process (Carding, C1) for forming the fibers mixed in the mixing process into a web of constant weight, and the web formed in the above, to form a flat fabric having a predetermined thickness and width. It is formed through a first forming process (F1) and a first needle punching process (N1) for punching up and down the web of the flat knitted state formed in the forming process with a plurality of needles.

The secondary felt (T2) is formed through the same process as the primary felt (T1), the second mixing step of mixing by adding 30% to 40% heat-shrinkable fiber to ordinary fibers such as polyester, nylon ( M2) and the same second facet (C2), second molding (F2), and second needle punching (N2) process as the first felt.

As the heat-shrinkable fiber added when the secondary felt is formed, it is preferable to use a functional polyester that is heat-shrunk at 80 ° C to 90 ° C.

(U)Joining Process (U)

The primary felt and the secondary felt formed in the processing process by punching up and down with a plurality of needles to form needles to bind to each other firmly to form a double felt.

(P)Impregnation Process (P)

When the primary felt and the secondary felt is combined in the bonding process, the combined felt is impregnated in hot water of 80 ℃ ~ 90 ℃.

At this time, the primary felt containing the normal fiber is present in the normal state, the secondary felt combined with the primary felt is contracted by hot water of high temperature.

Therefore, the primary felt forms a low density layer, and the secondary felt forms a high density layer by thermal contraction.

(D)Drying process (D)

After the impregnation process, the double felt formed of the low density layer and the high density layer is dehydrated and dried in a dry heat of 140 ° C to 160 ° C.

As described above, the present invention is formed by separating a primary felt containing general fibers such as polyester and nylon, and a secondary felt mixed with heat shrink fibers in the general fiber, and the primary felt and the second felt. After the chapels are needle-punched to each other, the felts are impregnated with hot water to form a low density layer and a high density layer having a double structure.

Therefore, the production process of the nonwoven fabric used for various fabrics (shoes, balls, bags, etc.) that can utilize the same by manufacturing a non-woven fabric having a double structure by impregnating two felts with different characteristics into hot water at high temperature Since the raw material cost can be reduced by shortening the production process, it is possible to produce nonwoven fabric of double structure with low production cost.
